The apartment is a triplex with a spiral stairway and can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is on the top floor and contains a double bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, kettle and bar fridge. The bedroom opens up on a large balcony which has 2 sun loungers and a good partial sea view. There is also a bathroom on this level, fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Please bring your own towels.
The other 2 bedrooms are located on the middle level; one contains a double bed, and the other two single beds; both leading out onto a balcony with a partial sea view and patio furniture. A bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet completes this floor. Portable fans are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a leather lounge suite and a wall-mounted smart TV with DStv, Netflix, and YouTube. Guests must please use their own details/profile to log in. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.
This fully gated and fenced complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities. Included in your stay is a lock-up garage, and there is extra parking for 1 additional vehicle. The unit will be cleaned and sanitised for guests' arrival. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. Guests are within walking distance of Checkers Superspar, restaurants and shops.

Very nice stay. Close to everything.
Accommodation was neat and clean and good value for money, especially out of season. Rooms are spacious. Stairs make you a bit tired and the place is not really suitable for the elderly. Air conditioning and fan in master bedroom did not work.
The accommodation is very pleasant with beautiful views. No complaints about the apartment. People with physical problems such as gout and arthritis will struggle a bit as the apartment is on the top floor at the far end with two sets of stairs to climb up and down and there are two sets of stairs inside the apartment leading to the bedrooms . The plus point is on the top floor there is a cupboard with a small fridge in it and also a kettle for early morning coffee. There is a lift to the upper floor. Number 11 to 19's garages are not well located either. The stay was very pleasant and the hostess very friendly.
The penthouse is very secure, very neat. Also close to the shopping centre and on the beach.

It's value for money and really got nothing to complain about. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There are also many extras we didn't know we were going to get, such as Weber braai on the balcony, air conditioning and WiFi.
Very nice and neat place and quiet. We really enjoyed it and it is definitely value for money. We will definitely stay at Casablanca 19 again.
This flat is really very nice equipped and the decor is out of the books. You can see that the owners take the effort so that it looks and feel homey. There is really nothing wrong with the inside of the flat itself but the view is a little bit disappointing, you must go outside on the patio to see a small part of the ocean. If you walk into the flat, your first view is the hotel's backyard and dumping area and the hotel's roof. It gives you the feeling of an industrial area and not the ocean. It's situated a few metres from the main beach and that is a plus point.
A fantastic location and absolutely beautiful "penthouse". Stylish and yet not overly styled. The sea view from the patio was so fantastic for me. The breaking of the sea's waves in the evenings calmed me down and made me sleep deeply. It was a breathtaking and peaceful holiday experience.

Nice view from the pool. Quiet atmosphere and safe. Close to the main beach.
Although not directly facing the beach, there are 3 balconies (1 on each floor) where you can see the beach. Walking distance from the main beach. Very spacious, can accommodate a group of friends or large family.
Ons was so geskok toe ons in geklok het want die plek is onsettend groot. Ons het die tyd daar baie geniet en ons was naby aan alles. Julle sal ons weer binnekort sien. Baie dankie.
