The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Quality linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
Leading off the lounge and dining room are sliding doors onto the patio and garden area. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the sound of the waves. The unit is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Secure undercover parking is provided for your vehicle as well as tandem parking for a second vehicle. There is additional open parking for visitors. Parking for trailers is also provided. There is also 24-hour security in the complex. A magnificent swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of guests residing at Kyalanga, as well as communal braai facilities.
There is also a fully fitted laundry in the Kyalanga building.

Absolutely beautiful views and extremely clean chalet. Hosts were lovely and responded quickly to any questions. Parking was convenient in front of the kitchen door. With a small baby, the stress of hygiene and cleanliness was put to rest, and we had an amazing time.
The comfort of a home with idyllic views of the sea, what else could anyone ask for. We loved our time there.
It was an amazing Holiday season! It's a beautiful apartment that is well equipped in a lovely complex! Nice pool. Everything nice and close within walking distance on the Prominade.
The stay was pleasant, the unit was beautiful and clean. The only minor disturbance was that there were renovations in the neighbouring unit.

We had an incredibly nice stay. Nice view, place is clean, quiet, and nice close to main beach. Only complaint is that we are having trouble getting our depo back.
The place is better than the pictures. The bedrooms are spacious and the furniture and fittings are of top quality. It is literally on the promenade with easy access to all other hotels and restaurants. We visited with our 2 young children. Large lawns fenced off provided a safe environment for the kids to play. Braai areas have a sea view and there are shaded benches. The WiFi was good enough to stream live sports. Will definitely be staying again. Note that this place has a minimum stay requirement but do yourself the favour and stay even longer!
Place is fantastic! We had 2 small children together and the fact that apartment is on the ground floor was great for children, they could play outside. The beach nearby is wonderful and quiet. Everything is walking distance, from beach to food. Would recommend Kyalanga to anyone, was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Thanks for everything.

The unit was very well kept and neat with everything that you need. It had a nice modern look to it. Great views. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Sorry dishes are not washed. Also not told to use own detergents, cloths, etc. not to bring

House rules
An incidental deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.No parties or large gatherings are permitted by the body corporate of Kyalanga. This ruling will be strictly enforced. The maximum occupancy of 6 persons in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a body corporate rule.
