12 guests' feedbackThank you very much for an incredible holiday. We are a large family and found the house spacious and more than big enough for all of us. Lovely visiting areas, sea view that allows you to experience the sea 24/7. Safe area and away from the busier part of Britannia. There was everything we needed for a great holiday. Thank you very much, you will see us again for sure.
Reception was impersonal and with high expectations for a weekend with a special birthday, we were greeted with a drink and smoke smell upon entering the house - we also experienced this with the smell of bed linen. The house does not correspond to photos on the website, furniture is tired, duvet inners and pillows old and thin. Cleaning services here leave a lot to be desired. No provision for gas or hot flasks for use during load shedding. Drain was blocked and pushed up at back door and pushed out at front door at drain cover. Although the house was booked as a whole, no garage was available for vehicles to park in. The patio with outdoor barbecue was cozy and the beautiful sea view and proximity to the beach is a great treat.
We had a lovely time. Special with the whole family together i. e. three generations!. Lovely place and superb setting. We have been coming to Britannia Bay for 18 years. I think this weekend was the 6th house on the beach we stayed in. Great house with great view and everything you can possibly wish for. We will be back. It was superb️.
We had a great time! The house is on the beach and has the most beautiful view. Enough sleeping space for our 2 families, with a nice pool table to keep the kids busy at night. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio chairs and spent most of our time there admiring the beautiful view! Rita is very friendly and kept in touch with us all the time. We would love to go again if we could.
Security for vehicle no access to garage. On arrival did not feel welcome at all.
