House rules

Passport verification is required upon arrival and needs to be submitted prior to the check-in date.
Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the booking, no more than the agreed number of guests are permitted to stay at the villa.
Daily occupancy rate for additional guests shall apply if above number of occupants is more than the amount stated on the lease agreement.
The housekeeper will be present at a lunch or dinner gathering to assist with servicing and cleaning at an extra fee. An extra cleaner can be arranged at an additional cost.
Parties are not allowed but can be arranged with the host prior to arrival. In this case, a guard will be present at the entrance door.
Gatherings with extra people that have not been booked for are not permitted.
Smoking indoors is prohibited and failing to comply will result in charges.
Loud music is not allowed between 22:00 and 08:00 on weekdays and 23:00 and 08:00 on weekends.
Cameras are stationed at all entry points for safety purposes.
Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
The garage door needs to be closed at all times.
Please close the windows and lock the doors when leaving.
Kindly report any damages immediately.
Damage to the wooden floor will result in an extra charge.
It is very important for the gas fire to be switched off after use.
The Jacuzzi needs to be turned off when it is not in use.
Please bring the sun lounger cushions inside after use.
Indoor furniture should not be moved outside.
Lights and air-conditioning need to be switched off before leaving the house.
Eating and drinking in the bedrooms will not be tolerated.
Pets are not allowed.
If any of the house rules are disobeyed then this will incur a penalty fee.
The house manager is permitted to enter the premises at any time during an occupancy to check the property.
