This double storey house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a single bed, are also located upstairs. These bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a living room upstairs with a fireplace, a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom, containing a single bed, is located downstairs and opens to the courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge and a flat-screen TV.

The house features a lovely deck area with built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture. The patio offers views of the ocean, mountain and the town of Hermanus. A single garage is available and has direct access into the house.
