Potch is bitterly cold. Need at least one blanket with the light duvet on each bed. The bunk bed needs to be replaced. The base is as hard as rock. Very hard to sleep on. The hot water faucet in the shower gives a shock. There is a dangerous problem with ground wiring.

We arrived in the evening at 21:00 and were impressed with the clear procedures to get in and the hostess, Claressa, who came out to welcome us kindly and explain everything. It was easy to get out early the next morning (half past 6) on the way to Nampo.
Is very modern. Enjoyed the visit very much. Would just love it if there was a bench outside, under the tree to be able to enjoy nature more. It's really a very cute "cozy" place. I will stay there again for sure.

The accommodation is very neat with quality linen and it is tastefully furnished. Access is easy and convenient for travelers who can only enter late in the evening. Unit 2 is spacious with a lovely large living area and the kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely use this accommodation again.

Already booked with the owner - we booked for 4 people but there was no linen provided for the 2 people who had to sleep on the sofa bed. There was a pillow, blanket and duvet, but no pillow case and duvet cover. The owner apologized.
This guesthouse is modernly decorated. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep. The houses are quite close to each other, so it can get noisy.
The previous guests were out too late. 14:30 when we got there, they still cleaned quickly. It was still dirty and the whole place was full of long black hair. Fridge was also dirty. No cooling in rooms. No sign, bell or telephone number at gate. Contact number on website was also previous manager's number. I had to call the website to let them know we were there so someone could open up.
I was very dissatisfied with the stay. The photos do not show the actual image. First the sofas of the living room were moved to form a double bed, while I booked 4 beds. I accepted that. It is untidy with construction debris where we enter. I understand afterwards that they are working on their house. Would like to know this in advance. The curtain in the living room does not close the window properly. This is a problem when the living room has to serve as a bedroom. When I wanted to close it, the whole curtain fell off with rail and all! I went looking for another place to sleep.
We got there late and there were no problems, keys were in a case and just had to get them from there. Really convenient. Place was stylish and in a quiet neighborhood.

We were very tired when we got there and the surroundings and accommodation were very receptive. The accommodation was neat and most of the things worked. I made contact with the owner about a few things, but she was lenient. She accepted the constructive criticism and immediately indicated that they would pay attention to it.

We stayed in apartment 2. There is no place to hang clothes, just a closet with shelves. The toilet also doesn't have a door on it which made it very uncomfortable. We went and bought a shower curtain and put it up. Also neatly equipped. The check-in and check-out was also nice and easy.
Maintenance falls short. No electric blanket in Potch in winter. Couldn't make TV work.
Thank you for prompt service to be able to spend the night in Potchefstroom quickly. The apartment creates a student feel. You almost feel like studying again!

Place is not tidy. Bedding was not clean. Wall is full of cracks. Damn hot and no fan. WiFi doesn't work and neither does television. Refrigerator's deep freezer was frozen full of ice. Couldn't use the freezer. There was no one to receive us. We went looking for another guest house. Request that we receive the deposit back as we were only there for 45 min.
