8 guests' feedbackVery nice complex and unit with everything you need. We had a very nice time. Walking distance from Banana Beach - it's about a 500m walk. Well equipped and very clean and tidy.
There were hassle-free booking options and assistance through you from the beginning. Once I chose my options I went through the various resorts available. I identified 3 Mtwalume in Mangrove Beach Estates between Hibberdene and Port Shepstone as being the ideal resort for my company as it ticked all the boxes. The booking process was easier than writing an exam and Jeremise, the booking agent, sent me all the relevant booking info within minutes of booking. Prior to our check-in which was estimated about 2 weeks from the online booking, I was regularly kept up to date and reminded of my booking info by you which was a big help as I was well prepared on my day of checking in. The drive from Durban with my 3 mates was scenic and the roads were fairly quiet for our early afternoon drive. Upon reaching the resort we were met by Amanda, the manager, and our hostess who assisted us with queries and laid out the standard rules and regulations of the resort. Amanda was ever willing to assist us when we had some query of importance to be attended to. The residents were kind and never bothered us.
Was very kindly received and had a really nice stay in the neat, clean and well-equipped unit.
Stay was good. Ideal location. Price for a family of 4 was reasonably priced. Accomodation itself was a bit dusty, floors were not very clean.
Nice lock and ride, and safe. Cool things to do and nice area with nice weather and swimming in the winter.
We did enjoy the swimming pool, walking in the sand, it is a good place to visit.
Billy was very friendly and communication was very good from start to finish. Even allowed us to check out late.
The kids enjoyed themselves.
