Carol-Anne is just the best person and really got us excited because she is so super friendly and helpful. The house is so nice and clean and everything was absolutely perfect! I would recommend them to everyone.
We were able to spend wonderful family time in the clean and tidy house.
Very impressed with the owner's communication. Everything is easily explained. Received friendly and prompt service. Delicious treats on the kitchen table were a great treat. The house has an inverter, so you were never left in the dark. Would maybe just suggest for extra lights in the rooms, especially up in the loft. The amenities are great and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a lovely break from the city.
Me and my family loved it. And we really appreciate Carol-Ann she was very helpful and friendly everything was sorted when we got there she even sent a text telling us about the weather. We have no complaints, kids loved it so much that they said "mommy we want to come back". So I will definitely recommend my friends and family.
We were greeted with a friendly lady. There was an accident on the West Coast road which caused us to take a detour via Darling, but the owner stayed in contact with us throughout. We only got to our destination at round about 20h30 instead of 19h00 and offered us to leave later than 11h00 on the Sunday. The indoor braai gave a nice cozy atmosphere. They even left cleaning agents, toilet paper and more. I will definitely refer friends and family to this place. I thank you once again for this wonderful experience with our German friend. She was definitely impressed.
The place is comfortable and well furnished. The inverter for TV and DStv and light helps a lot. Neat and clean but missing a toaster and steak knives. Neighbors very noisy over Christmas but owner addressed immediately after it was brought to her attention. Might also consider WiFi.
Upon our arrival we were very well received and Carol-Ann was in regular contact before we checked in and on the day of check out. She is a super hostess and we received really great service. The place was neat and we could find everything easily. Our visit was very nice and I will definitely book this house again in the future. Thank you very much for a nice weekend!
The house has everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It is immaculate inside and the owners were very professional and very accommodating.
We were warmly welcomed by the hosts - with a few treats - that was so cute of them. The location is perfect to get a few steps in, to the beach and restaurant's.
Accommodation was clean and spacious. Area was safe. Braai facilities a profit. Very nice please.
There is only a toaster in the apartment and a dishwasher does not work.
We received a welcome gift and we could wash our clothes before going home.
