This first-floor, tastefully decorated apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, a toilet and a basin.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a second bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a basin. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has ceiling fans and large windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo, as well as an iron and an ironing board, is also available for guests to use.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and opens onto the balcony which is equipped with a gas braai and has lovely views of the ocean.
There is secure undercover parking provided for 1 vehicle. Kindly make arrangements if more than 1 parking space is needed prior to arrival, this may be charged for during peak season periods.
This well-kept complex has direct access to the main swimming beach and offers a swimming pool and communal braai facilities.
Regrettably, no group bookings for under 23-year-olds are allowed.

23 guests' feedbackThe apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Well located near several beaches and restaurants. The best was to drink early morning coffee with a sea view and go to sleep with the sound of the waves.
Our stay was good. The place is clean and cosy. It has practically all essentials needed, even when there was load shedding!
It was much more than I expected, will definitely stay there again.
I can't fault the place to stay. The kind and patient help of Elsbeth, even with all my phone calls because I didn't read my emails. The apartment was painfully neat and clean upon our arrival. The housekeeper was friendly and thorough. I can recommend 302 to anyone.
Superbly out of this world.
Besides having the house next to us renovated, building and workers walking past. Nice complex, lovely pool, close by to everything with a flat that has everything you need (tumble dryer just broken). It was a nice place and I will recommend it anytime.

From when we had to get the key to where we handed the key back was one great pleasure. The unit itself was very neat. Having a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the unit was a surprising benefit. All staff are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. The apartment is well located with a good sea view and literally a few steps from the beach. We will definitely see the apartment again.

302 Kenwyn on Sea is everything you would expect from a seaside holiday. Clean tidy unit, easy check in and right on the beach. The unit has all the comforts of one's own home. Spent a wonderful few days there
302 Kenwyn on Sea is a beautiful unit, in an apartment block on Ballito's main beach. The unit is spacious, well and modernly furnished with a lovely view of the sea. What is a bonus is the extra dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Will definitely stay here again.

Apartment is stunning!
Our holiday was to relax and the house gave us just that. We wanted a place where it would feel homely to us. We love the place and we will definitely come back.
We really enjoyed the apartment - everything and more we needed was there. The apartment is very nice modern, neat, by the beach and offers a lovely view. Ballito has a lot to offer for a family and we will be back for sure!

The unit is neat and stylish. Elsbeth is very helpful and answers questions quickly. Nice and close to the beach and swimming pool and the shops are just down the road. Daily cleaning service is also a bonus. Easy to book in and out.

The apartment is neat and modern. The only downside is that one gets only one tag for the pedestrian gate that goes out to the beach. It makes it difficult when you are friends moving in and out at different times.The upper pedestrian gate works with a code. Many gates and security measures. Nice pool and braai area that was quiet outside of season.

- Regrettably, no group bookings to under 23-year-olds are allowed.- Balance of payment is required 1 month prior to check-in.
- The refundable breakage deposit is due with the balance of payment, also 1 month prior to arrival, and will be refunded via EFT within 10 working days of departure if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.
- Beach Towel Hire available at R25 per towel per day, rent for a minimum of 3 days- book the towels at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival via email
- R350 per day if cleaning is needed on Sundays or public holidays. This needs to be arranged prior to arrival.
- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
