Everything about the accommodation far exceeded expectations. The owner and staff at the establishment were excellent, to say the least. Leintjie was more than helpful. The communication given was excellent. The staff at the establishment always greeted with a smile (security and cleaning staff). We were made very welcome. The apartment more than lived up to expectations.
We really enjoy Ballito Manor. It's close to everything! 305 Ballito Manor Gardens the facilities are amazing. My father was with me and he is in a wheelchair. The accommodation is wheelchair friendly! The new owners stayed in touch with us before and during the stay. They certainly look after their guests very well! The apartment has also been newly redone inside which is really amazingly beautiful!

The moment we walked in the door, our cups immediately overflowed with gratitude for The Lord's creation. We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the ocean. We saw dolphins and whales daily from the porch. The place was clean, modern, tidy and private. This is definitely in the top 5.

DStv channels not enough for us, channels 120, 117 very important at times. WiFi pin not given, ramp to undercover parking dangerous (suggest a pole with flag be place to warn side end of ramp).
What a lovely few days at 305 Manor Gardens. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, well-equipped unit. Good service and support from the owners. There is a sea view from all the rooms and living area. The lovely patio has an incredible view of the sea and is the best place for visiting or sitting and reading with the sound of waves breaking a few meters in front of you. The fact that there are generators that provide power in loadshedding is a big plus. We would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

305 is a perfect place for relaxation with family. Its close to the beach and it was clean. The host was always a phone call away. We will definitely go back again.

I can only speak highly of the host and his team. It's exceptional service. The slightest request was attended to almost immediately. The host was always available. The view from every bedroom, kitchen and veranda is incredible and you literally feel you are on the beach. It's definitely a place where one would like to stay again.

The apartment is lovely and the location is excellent. At a 5 star rate, did not expect a broken fridge although the owner was very apologetic. Not enough cushions for deck chairs. Couches have seen better days. Owner was good at keeping in contact and promised to fix all problems for the next guests.
It was very nice and relaxing.
