Relaxing. Only negative is that people above us threw their cigarettes on the porch.
Very nice stay. It was really value for money.
The apartment block is centrally located and 314 Nautica was perfect for me and my wife. The Ironman 70.3 event takes place practically directly opposite the apartment block and offers easy access. The apartment has everything you could need and more, even a lock-up garage and WiFi.
Very clean place to live. Has everything you need for a holiday. Just had a problem with the garage not wanting to open all the way.
What a beautiful, impressive complex and friendly staff. The apartment is luxurious, extremely neat, clean and comfortable. It was a privilege to be able to stay there. The lock up garage was a nice bonus. I recommend the place with great boldness!

314 Nautica is very practical and well equipped. It is not walking distance from the sea and the sea view is limited. I would definitely recommend a new washing machine. The location is central but it is not a good area.

Well equipped unit, with everything needed. The lock up garage was a bonus. There are some steps down to the unit, which were quite slippery after the rain. Will stay there again.
I was fine, the pool area though was not up to our standard, the pool cleaner pipe was in the way. Pool full of leaves and sand, we looked forward to a swim but we decided not to because of that. Further on our stay was allright. I reported to the owner of 1 thing which was broken upon arrival.
It was our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a great getaway from home. It was a home away from home experience. I am pleased with everything although we struggled with the garage and with help of the security we could remove our vehicle and did not make use of the garage again. I am also still waiting for the breakage fee.

The safety as well as the availability of a lock-up garage are aspects that make Nautica 314 worth the effort.
No WiFi. No sheets on the bed. The bed was bad and small.

Unit is beautiful and well located. There are a few things that need attention though. Bedroom is badly ventilated. There is a window in the room but it opens on the hallway where everybody walks by. It is advertised as a unit with DStv but it is the cheapest package. I suggest people take their own decoder and card with. No cleaning service, had to ask them to change our linen.
Really can't complain about the unit. Unit is beautiful and comfortable. I have just been struggling for some time (3+ weeks) to get my deposit back from the owners. And feedback on what is causing the delay is quite poor. Don't think I'll be using the unit again because of the handling of the deposit refund.

Had a great time and would consider staying there again. Bedroom with window overlooking the outside corridor is a bit of a problem because the curtains/blinds have to be closed all the time for privacy (other guests walk right by the window). Bathroom (no window) could also do with a stronger "extractor fan". Otherwise very well equipped, with everything needed for a nice holiday.
The apartment is safe and very well equipped. Very clean, tidy and well equipped. It is close to the central shopping center and walking distance from the beach. The owner responded immediately to my call about the key. Security is very helpful and the place is very safe.
