No visitors allowed.

Maximum occupancy must not be breached. Failure to comply will result in penalties or eviction.

The smoking of weed, hubbly or cigarettes is not permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building and hallways. Guests may use the balcony to smoke cigarettes only.

Guests may strictly use the apartment for vacation purposes only. Should the apartment be used by corporate guests, then these guests are not allowed to promote their business or company in any way or form in the building or on the premises, no knocking on neighbours doors, no sliding pamphlets under neighbours doors, no engaging in business with neighbours on the premises. Failure to comply will result in penalties or eviction.

The apartment may not be used for business where there are any trade or illegal activities involved. Failure to comply will result in penalties or eviction.
