The second unit, Ricky Flat comprises 1 bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, so two individuals will probably not want to share the bed so take note of that.... and in the lounge area, directly on the other side of the bedroom wall, is an area with a lovely single bed which should be used for a child up to the age of 16 or a mother in law etc...So please take note that if 3 adults book the unit, 2 of them had better be a couple....The bathroom is fitted with a shower..
Both units come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and complete set of cutlery and crockery. There is an air fryer in Wayne's flat.
Additional amenities include a TV with unlimited channels, unlimited Wi-Fi, Solar power so no load shedding, for what it is worth, a living area, a dining area, braai area. Guests also have access to a patio and a lovely roof garden directly above the apartments, where you simply sit and chat, I guess... Secure parking behind a large metal gate is available on the premises. A final point is that the area is very safe and secure and we are members of the Neighbourhood Watch as well.
For convenience, a medical center, doctor’s office, pharmacy, many shops and a clinic are all within a 4 km radius. The accommodation is located 16 km from Cape Town City Centre, V&A Waterfront, and Table Mountain, offering easy access to these key attractions.
