We had a nice stay, there were only a few things that bothered us a bit. The mattresses of the children's beds are weak, and their bodies hurt in the mornings. We could not use the hot water tap in the kitchen. More fans would be a plus, it is very hot in the apartment.
Would rather look at another unit that is better equipped, especially with good equipment in the kitchen. I also now understand why previous people complained about the fan and closed cabinets. His personal goods and linens take the place of the cupboards used for groceries etc. is intended. There is no cupboard for groceries. Warning for slippery floors at the pool is a problem because how do you warn children who are all playing together to be careful. There is nothing to make breeding smoother at fair rates. My small children were not together, but in the future they might be. Little things get attention, I understand he's just a single old man, but then someone has to assist him. Otherwise the stay was fantastic.

We had a very nice stay, just a pity the beach was then due to the e-coli in the water, would have enjoyed it much more if we could just swim there. The place is very cute and is close to everything.
The apartment is comfortable, just a pity there is no oven. There is also no WiFi.
Open sewer runs past complex with the result that there is a constant stench. The mattresses were of poor quality and the 2 single beds had fluffy spongy mattresses. The place was clean and tidy and the service excellent.
Plans can definitely be made for an aircon or another fan, because it's inhumanly hot there and then you sleep with the doors open, then the mosquitoes eat you up. Furthermore, there are no complaints. What we went for, to rest, was worth it.
Day 1: microwave not working, picked up on day 2, delivered day 6. Most closets locked. Safe locked, key missing. When we looked for other accommodation, they decided on no refund, so unfortunately you have to be unhappy for your holiday. Many lights in unit do not work. Owner did arrange a free meal for us on the 2nd last day, but it's too little too late.
We will definitely book again. Very nice and clean accommodation.
Really enjoyed the holiday, the apartment met all our requirements. The guards made you feel safe and are very friendly. The beds sleep very well and the view over the sea is stunning. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the spacious playground. Two lights didn't work, but they weren't fatal and the cleaners could make a little more effort. Jeff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for your hospitality Jeff.
Apartment is perfectly located. Very clean and tidy. Garden and barbecues always clean.
The only problem was there were no communal washing machines and dryers. If they might think about it in the future.

Very nice place. Wait we received was very pleasant and helpful. Building materials that stood in apartment were not very pleasant especially only small children. Overall there were no problems with the place.

It was only the distance from the parking area to the apartment that was far and many stairs to get there. The apartment itself is well appointed and the sea view is great. Will use the apartment again only this time pack according to the stairs and small trolley that is there.
Was a lovely holiday, walking distance to beach and close to shops. Only problem was TV. TV did not work as it should. We bundled Explorer decoder but wouldn't work.
Location is great, you walk on to the beach.
The unit is on the side of the Cabana, which gives more privacy. It is on the first floor and from its balcony you can watch the waves break. Security is good and the staff friendly. Parking for your car is under a shade net and you walk about 50 m to the unit. It's not brand new, but I've stayed there for a while. If the owner pays attention to small repairs, I'm sure it will have positive results. Replace the washer on the hot water faucet on the sink. Bathroom faucets fall off. Window hooks in the bedroom and bathroom are stuck. Moisture begins to form behind the bed. However, most of the above didn't bother me too much. Jeff, the owner, is very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks Jeff.

6 Ocean Breeze is a very cute and beautiful place but does need some TLC.
It was nice to come back to the apartment every day and I didn't have to clean as it was already done, didn't expect it. Their service was also fairly quick with a problem we had in the first few days of our stay. What I didn't like is that nowhere in the photos does it show how many stairs there are to climb up to the apartment, it was a big disappointment.
Only the extra levies for which no provision has been made, as there is no mention of extra levies on site payable to the supervisor.
When we got there the TV was not working after which I contacted Jeff several times who then requested me the TV is broken in the entire complex. Point 2 the ceiling fan wabbled and the other fan was broken which made the place extremely hot. When I contacted Jeff about it, I was told he could refund my money, and my response to him was where do I need to find another place to stay on such short notice. I asked for another unit, but was told that no other was available to be rented by him. The place really just needs upgrading, there are big cockroaches everywhere and lots of ants. The shower head was broken and I had to send him a photo, after which it was repaired on Monday. The following weekend, the TV was once again broken. I don't believe there was an inspection by the people the day before I came in, because then they would have seen that the fan wasn't working and the shower head was broken.
