We had a wonderful stay at 604 Ballito Manor. The owner and rental staff were great communicators, and the security and cleaning staff were friendly. The unit is modern, clean, safe, and has a beautiful ocean view.
We had such a wonderful time sitting on the porch and visiting, with the incredible sea view. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. We felt so welcome with fantastic communication and a welcoming agent and security guard. Would love to go again and would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at 604 Balito Manor 604, the apartment is furnished with only the best appliances and furniture and had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely become regulars here.

The apartment was very well furnished and all the necessary appliances were available. It is a very spacious and well kept place. Location was great as it was just a few steps away from the beach.

The unit is absolutely beautiful and the appliances are top-notch. The views during the day are beautiful, but at night the ambience changes totally when the lights came on. I felt as if I was on the Amalfi Coast in Italy! The entire complex is very safe and located perfectly. I have been to many complexes in Ballito, but this unit topped them all. I will most certainly be back in the future. 10 out of 10!
604 Ballito Manor is a lovely unit, has fabulous views, the only thing that lets this unit down is the aluminium shutters, they block the view and are extremely difficult to open, not fitted properly. My opinion: remove them completely. And leaving a television in the bedroom that isn’t working is frustrating rather remove it all together. Having TV channels that are so few and not worth watching is frustrating would rather give the customer an option to pay in extra if they want full bouquet while on holiday. Other than that this is a great upmarket unit.
We will definitely come and holiday at 604 again. It's safe and clean.
Apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Had everything we needed. Well looked after and very clean. Lovely view and great building, Security in the building is great and no issues to report. Highly recommend the apartment. For me cleanliness is top priority especially during Covid-19 pandemic, not once did I have to worry about the apartment not being clean. I felt very comfortable knowing a lot of care has been taken into looking after the place.

We had a lovely time at Ballito Manor 604. It was truly a blissful holiday. The view is amazing. Hearing the ocean from every room in the apartment is such a pleasure. The apartment is ideally located and very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure staying there. I could have used bigger coffee mugs though and I think a premium DSTV package would make the apartment a not to miss holiday destination! Thanks for a lovely time. The service we received from the host regarding arrangements for keys etc. was great! We will definitely be staying there again!

Please be advised that a fully refundable breakage deposit of R 2500, is payable by the tenant. This will be invoiced separately by the owner, once final payment has been received. In addition, there is a non-refundable linen charge of R 675 per week, which will also be separately invoiced directly to the tenant, by the owner.
Please note that the daily cleaning service is included in the cost and is compulsory, in order to maintain the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
