The was the pinnacle from above shiny below stinky, beautiful photos until you land there. Most shocking experience ever when it comes to accommodation and that at R1200 per night. Bedding was dirty, apartment was dirty, microwave was dirty, shower was dirty. And to top it all off, the resort sits in the middle of an informal settlement, you can't use the beach path at all, because the resort is fenced with razor wire that cages you in for your own safety. Power problems meant we had no hot water and couldn't take a shower, we asked for a refund and the owner outright refused. There are no braai facilities as advertised and absolutely no privacy when it comes to cooking and eating because you basically sit in the parking area.
Can only make check out time a bit later.
