45 guests' feedbackWas very nice. The view was from the upper books. Couldn't have asked for a better view. Place was neat and clean. Just needs a bit of color on the wall, but otherwise very nice place. Good hospitality.
The stay was amazing, the only downside is that there wasn't free WiFi. Having teenagers who are on their phones in the evenings, this did cost quite a bit. But otherwise all good!

Been phantasmagoric.
The hosts were friendly at arrival and showed us around. When the TV broke, they brought a replacement while they got the other one fixed. They kept us up to date with the load-shedding schedule, and even have rechargeable lights in the flat.

This is a single flat in the building Seaview on Beach Boulevard. The owner is extremely professional and welcomes you personally to the apartment. There are two bedrooms, of which the main bedroom has a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a single tub and toilet, but the bath can double as a shower. An fully furnished open plan kitchen caters for all your self-catering needs. The living area as a four seater table and stylish sofas and the whole apartment as gloss finished ceramic tiles, giving it a touch of class. Soon there will be fiber going live in the area. I can definitely recommend this unit, as it has astonishing views of Table Mountain and you see the sunset over Robben Island. Accessible on the first floor via a mere two flights of stairs with a single car garage in the parking lot, makes it the perfect choice for small families. Would I visit again? Yes yes yes. Conveniently close to beach. Neat and stylish. The view. Self-catering needs met. Child friendly. Cleaning aids stocked. Complimentary coffee. Quality of bedding/beds. DStv and 42” TV. There are so many reasons for giving this apartment/domicile a 5 star rating, just go and experience it for yourself!

We had a wonderful stay at Aandvari Zeezicht. Everything met our needs, from the clear directions, friendly reception, beautiful clean apartment, to the perfect location and view. Aandvari Zeezicht is centrally located, conveniently close to restaurants and the beach, and also within easy reach of attractions and interesting places to visit, such as wine estates and the Waterfront. I can happily recommend the accommodation and will certainly want to use it again in the future.
Perhaps a suggestion for today's times: free WiFi and updated DStv.
Aandvari Zeezicht is situated in a great location when you visit Cape for holiday. It's central to all the attractions such as Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, Cape Point, Simonstown, Melkbos Beach, shopping centres, restaurants and a fantastic Italian coffee shop 350 m from accommodation with the best pastries and coffee. You have a wonderful view of Table Mountain every day when you open the curtains. The beach is across the road. You also have a beautiful view of the sea every day and can enjoy sunset over the sea. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. The building has stairs and an elevator. Beautifully built apartment and quiet. Clean and tidy inside apartment. Great beds, DStv with certain channels, microwave. Marco was helpful throughout our booking, during our stay and after we checked out. Thank you very much for the great customer service. Stay was fantastic.

We had a great stay at Aandvari Zeezicht. The apartment is very neat and has an incredible view of the sea.
From the booking, payment and getting the keys was a pleasant experience. Marco was on time with the key and there was even coffee and milk in the unit, something you rarely get. The unit was clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay in. We were very sad to hand over the keys after our pleasant stay. Even the refund of the key deposit was quick, we didn't even need to contact Marco. He contacted us and the deposit was refunded immediately. We would stay here again and recommend the unit with the utmost confidence.

Our welcoming at Aandvari Zeezicht was very nice and Marco (our host) waited for us at the apartment and give us an orientation of the apartment and the surrounding area. It was really a kind gesture as we were new in that area of Bloubergstrand. Of course is not the first time I visited Cape Town in specific the suburb I visited for the first time. I will obviously visit again in future for a holiday.
Everything was just right. There are no complaints. We had a wonderful stay.
