My teenage son and I had a great stay. Our room was upgraded at no charge. The staff went out of their way to make, upon request, delicious pancakes for my son. It was our second time at the accommodation and our stay was once again very pleasant.

We were received very kindly. Sherry in our room was a highlight! Breakfast was very nice and more than enough. I would definitely recommend Acorn to others to stay with.
The accommodation was good but the friendliness of the town was poor, it was not very pet friendly. We were asked to walk at two places. This is the first town from PE where they don't allow pets.
We had a very nice stay - delicious breakfast and everybody was very nice. It is child friendly and the kids felt welcome. The sherry in the room was really appreciated because it was freezing and the chocolates on the beds was very nice. Very centrally located. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Would like more water in the shower and it should stay hot for longer - by the time it was my husband's turn to shower he had to choose between no water or cold water. Otherwise no issues.
Reception was very good. Room was clean and tidy.
Experienced friendly good service and was able to enjoy a very good breakfast.
