I booked at fairly short notice with Acorns, but was received in a friendly and professional manner. Pam contacted me beforehand and made sure I knew how to get to the premises which I really appreciated. I had freedom to come and go as I needed and it was a burden off my shoulders not having to follow a curfew. The unit was neat, clean and well equipped. They provide well for "loadshedding" and I was never left in the dark. The kitchenette is fully equipped so that I could take care of myself. I have joint and back problems and there were some unexpected stairs to get to the bedroom, but the handrails were sufficient so I could climb them with ease. I found the bed a little too firm, but the bedding was cozy and I didn't get cold for a moment. There is a TV in the room, but with the ongoing loadshedding I didn't try to get it on. It wasn't important to me anyway. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a shower that had plenty of hot water. The premises were definitely value for money and I will book there again if I travel in that direction.
It's a fantastically designed place. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Comfortable and beautiful.
