Albatros is a lovely and comfortable house with a nice view over the sea. The place inside looks exactly like the pictures, but just a little bigger. There are nice places close to the basin to go and see. We will definitely go again. We had a wonderful time. Value for your money.

Although a miscommunication about late checkout occurred regarding the Albatros, as I asked the receptionist the Friday and she said it was okay. As we were cleaning and packing up, the cleaning lady came very rudely telling us to leave. The more I told her we arranged a late checkout she demanded that we must pack up and go. In the process of us trying to hurry things up, she kept pestering us which was unacceptable and was unpleasant. We had a good weekend up until then. I have contacted Stay in Paternoster office and as per email it will be addressed to the cleaning staff.
It was a beautiful clean place and we were also very kindly received.

House rules
Please note this holiday home is located in the Die Kom complex.No noise or parties of any kind are tolerated.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund should any guest contravene these rules.
The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
When entering Paternoster, turn left at the four-way stop. The 'Stay in Paternoster' office is situated about 75m further, on the right-hand side of the road, at 87 St. Augustine Road.

Please note that a surcharge of R200 is payable should you arrive late as per our T & C’s.
Monday to Thursday: From 14:00 until 17:00
Friday: From 14h00 - 19h00
Saturday and Sunday: From 14h00 - 16h00
Public Holidays: From 14h00 - 16h00
Check-out time: Strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time.
