Very nice stay, even if it was only one night.
Helga is very friendly. The house is spacious and tidy. Has everything one needs in a home. Indoor grill for winter is a plus. Very close to the sea for a very nice view.

The apartment unfortunately needs repair and maintenance, especially for the price. The fabric is rusted and needs to be replaced if you stay longer and cook for yourself. The TV is in the braai room of which the braai cannot close and everything smells of soot, I would suggest it be moved.
We would advise anyone to spend the night there. Plekkie is well located for walking along the beach and a very nice view. It is also very child-friendly. I myself will check in again.

Hester received us well was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Albatross No. again in the future. 4 use, the indoor barbecue is a bonus because at the sea you are never sure of the weather.
Nice place to stay that overlooks the sea. The apartment was so nicely decorated and we could have a barbecue inside - absolutely perfect with small children.
Friendly reception. Efforts were made to accommodate us. Being able to go home to the coast was a real experience. Will definitely go again.
Comfortable and neat. Very close to the sea. Prospective customers should note that units 3 and 4 in particular have no area where guests can sit outside - unless they sit on the sidewalk.
Was very helpful with another apartment for our friends.
The pictures on the internet did not reflect the true state of everything! There was one container of soap in one bathroom. This bathroom had no door and the toilet leaked. There was a third of a toilet roll of transparent paper. Luckily I always take some along in the car. The sitting room was like an old train station waiting room. The place was cold and dark.
It met all the needs.
It was lovely and close to everything. The flat was spacious and well equipped. Had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Hester and Bea went out of their way to make us feel at home when apartment 4 was unavailable due to damage. We were able to get the larger apartment 8 without any charges. The weekend was just too short. Will definitely stay at Albatros again.

The hostess was very kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The unit is well equipped with all the necessities. It has a beautiful view and it was wonderful to sit at the table and enjoy the view.
We really enjoyed the sea view and our kids enjoyed it so much to just cross the road and play on the beach and the rocks. The area is safe and the location is central. Spacious rooms and lots of blankets to keep us warm. The house is well equipped and everything is clean and neat. Unfortunately there was a surfing contest on the weekend when we were there so our neighbours were a bit loud but it was quickly sorted out when we complained about it. We ejoyed the weekend so much and we won't think twice to stay here again.

Albatross Apartment Unit 4 is really family friendly. It was wonderful to stay a stone's throw from the ocean.

Very surprised by the friendliness and honesty of the lessors. Very helpful. Kitchen needs a built in stove and oven. The two plate stove and oven combo is cute but not practical for a house with 8 people. Unit needs a braai dish — very important! And also cleaning tools like a mop, bucket, broom and dustpan.
Everything was in its place. Comfortable, clean, neat and we had a lovely night's rest and braai with the ocean in front. Wonderful!

The units are self-catering so cleaning during the stay is not included, however it can be arranged if needed and if possible. Extra fees might apply.Braai equipment is given and we do have a few iron pots available on request.
We have baby baths and a camping cot available if needed.
Functions are permitted by arrangement, the building is ideal for family reunions, but unruly behaviour and/or disturbances are not allowed. No loud music or boom boxes, but soft music is allowed until 10 pm.
Pets are welcome on arrangement, but we prefer to know what type and how many beforehand, so we're able to prepare.
We ask guests not to smoke or use smoking products/devices in our units, we have ashtrays stationed outside.
