Excellent stay, fantastic view.
The host was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house was super clean and the views amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time! Thank you very much.

Beautiful place, well located and very tidy. The only downside is that vehicles are in the way. Recommendation: To get the mold off the tiles and ceiling, wash it with Jik. It works well.
Accommodation was perfect, unit is very spacious and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Host was also very accommodating and friendly with immediate assistance. However, the bathrooms are a little dated and mouldy and require some TLC. There is also no secured parking, but the area and surroundings were fairly safe for street parking at the time. Thank you, will definitely be coming back for a much longer stay.
Had a wonderful stay. The beggars in general were a little troublesome and I think they have a problem that they are aware of.

The weekend was great.
Very good photographer! Pictures paint a 4 star picture, reality is 3 star. Adjust your expectations for that and it's a wonderful holiday. Beautiful sea view! Very good location. The finer finish needs some attention, e.g. new towels, new cutting board, etc. On the particular long weekend we spent there, the alarm system sounds are a "deal breaker" for me! I hope they can fix it soon. It "beeps" every so often. We had the manager over there to look at it and she said it's just like that sometimes. It's very frustrating to wake up at 04:00 in the morning to the "beep" that sounds like an alarm clock, or to be indoors on a rainy day while it happens every now and then. However, the location and sea view are top class and the place was clean, with clean bedding.

As a family we do not regret choosing Lambertsbaai and Albatros accommodation. Now that was really nice.

Hester is a very kind hostess and allowed us to check in earlier. She also made sure we had everything we needed and told us more about where we could eat and things to do. The place was so neat and clean. Spacious living room and kitchen from where you can see and hear the sea. The balcony is wonderfully equipped with a braai area and grill and plenty of comfortable chairs. The master bedroom also has a fantastic view of the sea. We had such a great time relaxing. Albatros 7 will definitely see us again.

To sit on the lounge couch with the sea breeze and the magnificent view was a real treat. We spent 3 nights there and and we were very comfortable. No complaints at all!
We really had a great time the few days we were there. Als was comfortable and clean and the kitchen well equipped. The wine glasses are just hopelessly too small. Restaurants conveniently within walking distance. Will definitely see you again.
Location of the apartment is fantastic and allows for beautiful sea views from the balcony and main bedroom. There is everything that you need inside the apartment during your stay. The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The downside for me personally was the lack of secure parking for my car as there was only on-street parking available. The ceiling in the shower needs a fresh coat of paint as it is starting to get a little mouldy. The tiles on the balcony are not non-slip so it gets quite slippery in the mornings with the mist from the ocean or if it rains. Something for people to be aware of with young kids.
The people were incredibly helpful, we needed camping cot and they provided it, they went out of their way to help us and were always friendly. The place also has a nice atmosphere and beautiful views, and enjoyed watched the ocean.

The furniture and carpets are dirty. Furniture is old and shabby. TV doesn't even have a remote. Braai area is so dirty that I will not use it.

The unit had everything we needed. It is walking distance from shops and restaurants. The patio has a great view and the sound of the ocean throughout the night was wonderful. The bedding was clean and the bed itself is in a good condition, it gave us a good night's rest. Clean towels. The host is very friendly and helpful.
Clean, tidy and comfortable. Can get a bit cold in winter and would recommend bringing a heater. Service was good and very helpful.

We were surprised with the pleasant location of this accommodation - it had the most beautiful view. The cottage itself has everything you need. We could not complain about cleanliness at all, everything was painfully clean. We look forward to going again.

House rules
Our units are self-catering so cleaning during stay is not included, however it can be arranged if needed and if possible. Extra fees might apply.Braai equipment is given and we do have a few iron pots available on request.
We have baby baths and a camping cot available if needed.
Functions are permitted by arrangement, the building is ideal for family reunions, but unruly behavior and/or disturbances are not allowed. No loud music or boom boxes, but soft music is allowed until 10pm.
Pets are welcome on arrangement, but we prefer to know what type and how many before hand, so we're able to prepare.
We ask guests not to smoke or use smoking products/devices in our units, we have ash trays stationed outside.
