We chose honeymoon room. Very nicely decorated.
Everyone was so friendly. Most beautiful pond and the pool is so clean! Rooms are so beautiful - each one has its own theme, so neat and the bed is so comfortable and smells good. The wildlife around us with an outdoor shower and open visiting area. Definitely an option for a holiday/overnight stay.

We only stayed one night, wish it was more. This is the nicest and cleanest place I've stayed in a long time. The reception was so friendly. We arrived late a. g. v traffic. Als was ready when we got there we could just light the fire. There was a worker given to us, David, we could ask him anything. The sleeping places themselves were so nice and clean. The next morning I was even more surprised to see how beautiful the place is. I recommend Alkmaar 100% to anyone! Must add that the place is even more beautiful than the photos show.
Was there in December 2015 for a wedding and it was already very well set up at the time. The venue has improved tenfold in the meantime and the communal swimming pool is extremely nice. Will definitely visit again.

A bit far out of Nelspruit for business travel.
We were a jogging group of 10 adults and 7 children, and on the recommendation of the manager, Wanda, booked 3 houses with 6 rooms in total for R12000 for 2 nights. Saturday morning before 4 there was another jogging group playing loud music and blowing their horns together, but we let it go. At around 6 o'clock in the evening they started again to play rock-hard music against our houses so that we could not even hear each other speak. At 9 o'clock I called Wanda and asked her to make the other group softer so that our children could sleep. She immediately let me know that it was unfair of me to ask them to be gentler, since it was a bigger group than us, and then the other group wouldn't come back. She also said we paid too little for the weekend (which is not the case at all). My wife then went to ask the other group to please. to be softer, and they turned the music a little softer. What happened then was shocking: Wanda, while we were eating dinner, barged in and started cursing and shouting at us. It was so bad that the men in our group kindly asked her to please leave us so we could just finish eating, but she persisted and refused to leave us. After a long time of unpleasant reprimands, she went to the other group, after which they of course just turned up the music even louder, and set off their megaphone's alarm.
It was very nice. You sit on the porch and look out at the mountains and on your left are the orange groves. The place was neat and would spend the night there again.
We were very happy with the accommodation. We had a nice stay with no complaints, except for the shower of the one tent that didn't work well - the water didn't want to get warm.

Very nice in the forest camp. Very good camp management.
We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and neat. The staff are awesome! For other visitors - its a farm - hence its a farm road. 4x4 type vehicle would handle the road better than a car.
We only slept over one night, but the silence and stars did it for us at the forest camp. Next time just have a family reunion there. There is more than enough sleeping space and the tent accommodation very neat. Sibo who looks after the camp can also get a big thumbs up for his kindness and hospitality. Thank you guys. It was nice.
I enjoyed my stay at thee farm. Wandi gave us a warm welcome though we arrived so late. The bedding is so comfy. The place is so secure.
