33 guests' feedbackWill definitely recommend. However, we feel that the hot water is a problem. The geyser should be set warmer. Suppose a person draws water in the bath and wants to take a shower next, the water is not hot at all. So all the geyser's water is tapped into the bath, because it is not necessary to add cold water. Even in the kitchen, you don't even need to tap cold water for the wash water, so cool is the water. If there really are 6 people to stay, for which there is room, hot water for everyone's bath and shower needs will be a problem. But other than that, a lovely place.
The unit was clean and tidy - with everything in its place. Enough cutlery and kitchenware. We really enjoy living there. Friendly and good service.

Apartment is in a very nice location, direct access to the Boardwalk, nice sea views and also walking distance to shops and many places to eat.
Errors pointed out in previous backlogs, back to 2021 and still not fixed. Common gate that goes out to the sea is still not fixed. Was also reported on previous feedback. Security of complex: open to the public. Fryer needs replacing, weak I rusted. Light wiring still not fixed, still making short circuits. Was also mentioned as a problem in previous feedbacks. Master bedroom mattress worn out and in need of replacement. Master bedroom door cannot lock. Master bedroom bedding old and can no longer be clipped shut. Must be replaced. Couldn't open windows, when we tried to open 1 window it was rusted door and fell off the sashes. Shower in master bedroom very, very weak pressure, should have showered in the 2nd bathroom. The unit was clean but not maintained at all, compared to the surroundings of Balito it is very disappointing. The owners only use the unit for an income with no need to maintain it. Sad because the location is perfect.

Would live there again anytime. Beautiful views, spacious porch and braai area, large rooms and spacious living room.
While we were there it was terribly hot and an air conditioner, even if only in the living room, would be appreciated. The people at the very bottom of the walkway's slide of the gate must have gotten lost, because every time they pushed the gate open and people walking by noticed it. So safety in that respect needs to be improved please.
Would recommend accommodation to everyone or anyone looking for a quick or long getaway in a scenic area, beautiful beaches and world class restaurants. Plenty of nightlife or just simple relaxation. Nothing was more than 5 minutes away.
Location fantastic!
This flat has a lovely veranda on which to sit and watch the sea, whales and dolphins, and people walking on the promenande in front of the flat (or one can join them!). The interior of the flat is comfy and has everything you need.
It was a beautiful clean, well-kept apartment. Everything working perfectly. Stunning sea views. You wanted for nothing. It was cleaned the following day again by such an wonderful friendly lady - you could not have asked for more.
Communication, collection of keys and security were top notch.
Apartment was amazing with stunning views. We will certainly be back next year.
The unit was absolutely what we expected and the help we got with a problem with the fridge was quickly sorted. Space was enough. The location is perfect and the porch is absolutely a huge bonus with space. Will definitely book there again.
Awesome shower in main bedroom, looks like it was recently renovated. Beautiful furniture and sea view. Entrance staircase is not recommended for older people. Couldn't get hot water in kitchen basin.
Beautiful view you look out over the sea, it is very peaceful and shops as well as restaurants are very close. Place does need maintenance, some of the lights don't work, the bedroom fan wouldn't work and the light wouldn't go off.
Do not recommend it. Dirty and old, place needs attention.
The house has amazing views, however there is a couple of things that needs attention: Light switches does not work properly and has electrical problems as it makes a shocking sound when switched on and off. Outside porch floors is extremely slippery and very unsafe for young children. The house needs a proper clean as it is only cleaned "where you see". Under the beds and carpets the house is quite dirty. All kitchenware is quite lapidated and not in very good condition. Bed linen had stains on them which was quite unsettling. Security gate at the front door does not lock properly and we struggled a lot to open and lock the gate.

The accommodation was neat and tidy and had everything we as a family with two small children needed. It was safe and the hostess from whom we received the keys was very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable apartment with a great view. Nice barbecue and watched the dolphins from the porch.
I chose the flat because of the picture of the veranda, and it didn't let us down! Spacious, private, lovely views right over the sea - it was a tremendous space to just sit and stare, or read a book or braai and chat with friends. And the gate leads directly onto the walkway- so the position is stunning.
If I could afford it, I would go there each weekend. My two teenage gran kids agree.
Alomsee 5 is really a very nice place for the whole family. Just a pity the roof fans are not enough to cool the rooms and keep the heat out. The master bedroom's mattress is very soft and may need replacing. Furthermore, we had a great time staying and visiting, you are literally on the beach. The view is incredibly beautiful.
Was very happy with unit. Very tidy and Adri's service was great.
We enjoyed the accommodation and the apartment was up to expectation. We just missed the balcony umbrella and the DStv channels were faulty, a bit of a nuisance. Overall we will use this accommodation again, great place for a break.
