Nicest place to stay in Pretoria!
Very neat little place with secure shaded parking and a private closed area to sit outside and drink coffee. Big enough for two people, the people were kind enough to let us in with our 8 month old baby. Added this was our first getaway with him and it was convenient! Thank you for a nice stay!
We had such a lovely overnight stay at Alongside 594. A warm welcome from our host. A lovely, clean, well thought-out room with a little one-plate stove, microwave and a little bar fridge. Tea, coffee, milk and rusks were really nice. Very well equipped with suitable cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. A dining room table and chairs, very handy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Linen and pillows were clean and really nice. Well thought-out amenities, plug points. A little place to sit outside in a small courtyard. Very private. Our host very kindly made a supper meal for us, which was delicious and just what we needed.

What a celebration to be able to go home to Mandi. Even when the power supply was interrupted, it didn't affect us at all, thanks to the boiling water provided for that first cup of coffee. Mandi kept us up to date with developments and we were able to adapt our plans to circumstances. This was our first visit to you, but certainly not the last.
The place was peaceful and very quiet; they provided all the basic necessities. The area is secure. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return there again.

We found a lovely, tidy place to stay at Alongside 594. The accommodation was spacious and equipped with a small fridge, an induction stove and all the essentials for a short break. The cozy bed with a lovely down duvet kept us warm during the cold weather. Courtesy of the host, we enjoyed delicious coffee and biscuits at the outdoor table and chairs under the winter sun. The peaceful surroundings provided a refreshing escape from our hectic routines. We would heartily recommend Alongside 594. Thank you very much.

Very nice stay, the hostess was awesome.
The owner received me very nicely. The accommodation was spotless, the bed comfortable and the duvet was nice and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and having Nescafe Gold was a very welcome surprise for me as a coffee person. You have everything you need. I never heard a human, an animal or a siren, it's a very quiet neighborhood. The covered parking is good, and you have another palisade at the unit, so two palisades make you feel even more secure.
The hostess is excellent and puts your needs first. The extra breakfast was fragrant and colorfully prepared. We will definitely use this facility again.

The hostess was very friendly, we had a great time chatting! Good coffee - it's good for me when there is good quality coffee and not just ricoffie. Netflix available. I enjoyed watching TV. I will definitely book here again for follow-up hospital visits in the future.

Warmly received by Mandi and she constantly made sure I had everything I needed. I felt safe with parking and security lights. The room is well furnished and tasteful. With load shedding there was a rechargeable light. A suggestion is to purchase a gas stove for hot water if possible. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The host and wife had been very friendly. We soon helped with our luggage, while it was raining so much. Mandi brought us fresh, home-baked biscuits. It had been a nice treat.
Nice table where you can sit and eat or if you wanted to work. Most self-catering essentials, should you stay a few days. Enough crockery for 4 people even if the place is only for 2 guests. This means you don't have to wash the dishes every time after a meal or a cup of coffee. Bed slept comfortably, shower facilities and the bathroom area was very clean and tidy. Maybe just a suggestion, a "sliding" door in the bathroom can help a bit with privacy when you have to use the toilet and especially in the winter when you shower and have to get out, the air coming through there can be a bit cool.

Alongside 594 is located in a safe and secure environment which is extremely important to me as a solo female traveller. There is also easy access to all the malls and amenities in the area. I enjoy my privacy and I really liked that the unit had its own private entrance. It was clean and the attention to detail is exceptional. It offered all the items/cutlery/towels needed during my stay. The host, Mandi was an absolute pleasure and very helpful in answering all my questions. . I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Location and place were good for my purpose in Pretoria, the dogs' barking (throughout the evening) and alarm that went off 3 times in the early evening was annoying while I wanted to sleep.
We would recommend installing a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom.

We found the accommodation very pleasant, neat and clean. Wifi and TV worked very nicely. Everything was neat and clean and was spoiled with good coffee and biscuits! Hostess very friendly and helpful. I would only like to suggest that a larger shower head be purchased. The very small shower head sprays everywhere except on the person in the shower. This was the only problem that could be fixed quickly.

A small pet peeve I have which could make or break a place for me is does the place have a good AC system or fan. The fan on a very warm, super night kept the temperature of the room cool very well. It's a quiet fan too! Other than that everything was up to standard and things were very easy to live with while staying there.
Clean and tidy. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. For me, the bookshelf with several books was a big plus.
