The house is nice and spacious and in a peaceful environment. The place is clean. The owner is very friendly and willing to help with anything. He also offered that if I wasn't sure how to drive to other destinations, I should call him.
It was also very centrally located for me and could have done my business easily.
We only spent the night, but Tom kindly assisted us in what we still had. Well located in a quiet and safe area.
Air-conditioning will add more comfort during this season instead of fans. Since cold can last a bit longer even during loadshedding hours.
The website indicates breakfast that can be had additionally but they do not have breakfast at all.

I had a lovely stay in my unit. It was clean and well equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful. Personally, I would just prefer to have thicker blinds in front of the upstairs windows so the sun doesn't wake me up so early in the morning.
Very comfortable accommodation. Adequate kitchen facilities and the layout of the room was satisfactory. Appreciated the owners friendliness and help to sort out complaints.

My stay was very pleasant.
The place was clean and convenient. The only thing is that I couldn't lock the one door. There is also just one mirror in the bathroom so it was quite difficult to do my hair without a mirror in the bedroom. The place is very hot and there is only a fan in the bedroom, so take your own with for the living area. Other wise it was pleasant. Very modern bathroom. Also let Tom know what time you will be there because he doesn't stay on the premises and then you have to wait at the gate for 5 minutes.

The unit was very neat. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is neat. Kitchen is small, but you don't need anything anymore. The convenience of a washing machine makes it even better. The complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits were very nice.
TV did not work, power cable too short. You get what you pay for, as I said it's value for money.
Nice people. All I would recommend is a handrail in the bath-shower. It's not easy to stand and shower and then turn around on the wet bath floor. There is no handrail for safety. Slipping in the tub and falling is going to happen sometime. The faucets are also very tight to open and close. Washers can only be replaced. The stay was otherwise very nice. Then it was a big annoyance for me as an older person who is not so computer savvy to pass on proof of payment. That was my shortcoming. It is your policy and is accepted as such. greeting
My welcome and first impressions were very nice. Uncle Tom made me feel right at home, and I stayed very well. For the price per night I was very happy. Just a short distance away there was a place to stay available for R100 per night more expensive, and it was three times smaller! I would advise anyone to support Amizade Guest House.
