From the moment our booking was confirmed until we drove out in the morning, Rean went the extra mile. WhatsApps with all the details needed, as well as about the area and restuarants in the area. We received the WiFi's password before departure so were able to connect immediately. He also made sure there was a heater in the unit when we asked for it. Everything we needed was in the unit (East view) and the kitchen as well as relaxation area was incredibly luxurious and spacious. We had a great rest and really enjoyed the silence and tranquility. The next morning it was lovely to enjoy a steaming cup of coffee on the deck and admire the wonderful view. I can only speak highly of Anchor's Haven. We also had an experience that we can laugh about, Rean warned us in advance to drive carefully at the entrance so that the vehicle does not drag over the higher part by the bricks, and we complied but forgot about it on the way out ! Ha-ha, little memories.
Anchors Haven gives you exactly what is marketed in the photos plus more. It is absolutely tastefully laid out and offers everything you could possibly need. Biscuits, fresh fruit, muesli and yogurt are also provided. Coffee and milk were provided in the rooms as well as the braai room and downstairs in the kitchen area! The view over the sea is beautiful and it also offers a nice walk down to the beach!

The owner, Réan, is friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. He makes an effort to keep his guests informed if there are any hiccups. The guest house is beautiful and very tidy. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much, Réan.

Very tastefully furnished with everything a visitor needs and more. Lovely clean and tidy and Rean was very hospitable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Anchor's Haven and stay there again.
We spent most of our time at the house, and Rean and his team were unbelievable. They went as far as to recommend places to purchase food. The cleaning team made sure that the house was spotless every morning and when we left food with them they were beyond grateful. I would definitely recommend Anchor's Haven to friends and family.
