10 guests' feedbackIt is very well laid out and equipped for the size of the apartment. It's really tiny, but you don't need much more for 3 days. The view on the sea is perfect. Just be aware, it is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Right in front of the apartment there is a building (we think it's something from Telkom) that makes a noticeable noise all day. It is very disturbing. At least it goes off by 9pm.
The apartment is very well equipped with all modern conveniences you could wish for, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven (which works perfectly), and stove. I will certainly consider using it again, as it also offers secure parking.
Apartment 18 was clean, tidy, comfortable and safe with a beautiful view.
We had a lovely holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful view and very neat!
Even if the weather didn't cooperate, it had been a blissful getaway. The living unit contained everything one needs.

Apartment 18 is spacious, neat and very comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and I still miss the view from the lounge and main bedroom. I was very impressed with the way the apartment was set up and how spacious both bedrooms and bathrooms were. We have already recommended Apartment 18 to family and friends.

1. The number of occupants in each unit is limited to strictly 4 guests2. One numbered parking bay is limited to each unit. Furthermore there is street parking
3.Noise levels at the pool is to be maintained at a reasonable level at all times.
4.No ball games or sports are allowed and no running around the pool is permitted.
5.No glass objects are permitted in the pool. Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
6. Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum.
7. The riding of bicycles and use of roller skates or skateboards are prohibited on the property.
8.A braai facility has been provided for use by all guests. Kindly ensure that fires are properly extinguished after use.
9. Guests shall ensure that refuse is only disposed of in the bins provided in the refuse room. Refuse should be securely wrapped in a bag prior to disposal.
10.Littering is strictly prohibited on the premises
