We booked our stay. It was for 4 adults right from the beginning. Therefore, there should have been sleeping space for 4 people, right? When we arrived, we tried to phone Carol and she aggressively stated that on her website it states that we should phone 30 minutes before arrival as she lives on a farm. I could deal with that as I did not read her website. Then she started in the same aggressive manner telling me that I booked unit 5 and it is not suited for 4 adults. She apparently sent several emails to me about it and I ignored her. I am very pedantic checking my emails and received nothing but one email stating that the flower season's rates were not available yet. I checked with my booking agent if the unit was booked and he said yes and the payment was made in April. Carol's way of speaking to me as well as to the guys was very unprofessional, telling them that I made a mistake by not checking her website to see that unit 5 only had 3 beds. Eventually, at 5 pm she said she was at the unit and we should buy 3 bottles of wine prior to meeting her. I presume that to be a very bad joke. We were all very worked up by then. Some lady spoke to me then trying to tell me that it was my fault as there were only 3 beds in unit 5. When I got there I insisted on seeing unit 5 and it had a double bed in the one room and 2 three quarter beds in the other room. We were 4 pax seventy years and older. We could not see why the fuss. We came to the conclusion she wanted to make more money by renting out the bigger flat which consisted of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two rooms with two three-quarter beds in them. To get to the unit itself, we were supplied half-used one-ply toilet paper; there was no supply of sugar/coffee/sweetener sachets or tea bags like the other units we rented during our travels. There was no safe in the unit nor were there hair dryers supplied. The unit was not that clean and the braai was dirty and rusted so much so that my husband went and bought a handheld braai grid to use.
Setting is beautiful and Carol is an attentive and welcoming host. Accommodation is comfortable and clean. We will be back.
We enjoyed it very much. Children do not want to have gone back home. Everything you need was there and the house was very clean. Was very quiet there and we were rested. People around us were very friendly and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Many thanks to Carol who made us feel very welcome upon arrival.
Great visit and very pleasant experience. Arendzicht is very well located. On the beach with a nice view overlooking the bay and harbour. 5 min walk from JoJo's surf spot and 5 min walk to the nearest shop. Secure parking. Units well equipped and very tidy. We will definitely visit Arendzicht and Lambertsbaai again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The apartment is just like in the photos although there is no WiFi at Arendzicht as we believed there would be. Carol made the check in very easy and we were happy with the apartment.

Excellent location on the beach by the beach. The park next door is a bit noisy on the weekend, but luckily you see other people also enjoying the gift of Bo.
Enjoyed. Unbeatable location on the sea. Lamberts Bay as such disappointed a bit. It was very noisy with lots of parties in the holiday accommodation and a lot of drunk people on the street late at night.
Good location, especially the ground floor if there are children or older people, with lawn in front overlooking the beach and sea. Can braai there.
The braaiers were not clean when we got there, we had to clean them ourselves, the floor was not very clean either. We didn't see the people who rent out the place, so we couldn't point it out to her.
The view from the balcony is enough to make you hang out on the porch all day. The unit has more than enough amenities for 6 people to stay comfortably. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to book an affordable getaway.
Was slightly worried when we saw the security gates and alarm systems, but the breathtaking view made up for it. Was clean, tidy and we didn't feel threatened for a moment. Beautiful apartment and everything was in place. Will definitely go there again.
It was one of the greatest holidays we've ever had. Very relaxing and within walking distance of the most places. Carol also informed us of all the nice things to do in the area and where we could grab something to eat. It really helped since we knew nothing of Lamberts Bay. The accommodation was cosy and the perfect place after a day spent on the beach, covered in sand.

Carol Burger is an excellent manager and makes everyone feel at home. Nothing is too much for her - very accommodating! Definitely worth recommending.
The unit was spotless, very well equipped and the location was perfect. There wer luxury, fresh linen and towels when we arrived and the accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Our stay there was beautiful memories and we will hopefully go there again. I am grateful for Carol's kindness and friendly reception.
Our stay was very nice. No noise etc. We took the most gorgeous sunset photos from the patio. Carol Burger was an excellent hostess. A true bundle of energy and chatterbox. I can recommend this place and stay anytime.
The apartment is very well equipped. There are emergency lights in the cupboard and soap for dishes, etc. There are brochures about things to do in the Lambert's Bay. Will definitely recommend this place.

The lower units are perfect for guests with children. Everything was great and we had such a nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The towels do need to be replaced. It's a bit old and hard. Remember your grill!

Suggestions: Have a security gate by the stairs to prevent uninvited guests from walking up to the apartments. Apartment 4: Fridge and stove faulty. Apartments 5 and 6: DStv not working and the shower's water supply was inconsistent. Apartment 6: Microwave not working. Inventory list to be updated - a lot of kitchen ware was not there but reflected on the inventory list.
A nice place that is well equipped and with a lovely location. Here you have the best view of the bay and can just walk from the lawn to directly on the beach. Beautifully rested, clean and tidy and with good covered parking and a nice barbecue area.
However, there were no towels available, even though there was a confirmation email when I inquired. The agent, Carol, brought us towels on Saturday morning.
