“At Kloof Guest Accommodation” is very neat, clean and well-equipped overnight place to stay. It is situated close to Kloof Mediclinic Hospital, the N1 freeway and other amenities. The host was excellent and we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The security was very good and a lock-up garage was convenient.
We had a really nice stay. The room we had, Amathyst, has a little balcony and we happily left the side door open for the cool evening breeze that entertained us.
Place is very small, more suitable for 1 person. Plus point is definitely the proximity to Kloof Hospital.

I got so much more than expected for the price I paid when I booked online. The owner, Michael Davel, is a great guy and the hospitality is out of the books. Michael treats you as a friend. He showed compassion and understanding to me and the guests who mostly visit family in hospital, only 1 km away. He prepared cheesecake for us and often offered food - a good man with a good heart! At At Kloof Guest Accommodation became home away from home.

I would recommend it to any person. Michael's place is clean, tidy and absolutely stunning. He went out of his way to pick my mother up from the hospital and bring her back, and many more that he didn't have to do. It meant so much to me. I would recommend any person to support him.
The guest house has a beautiful and well-kept Tuscan garden with comfortably equipped living units. All the rooms are extremely clean, elegant and tastefully furnished which made our stay a wonderful experience.
The owner was extremely hospitable and we were even treated to the most delicious chocolate cake he had baked himself. We were not just confined to our rooms and were able to hang out on the veranda and enjoy the beauty of the garden.

Unpleasant, someone was smoking in the room next to us. Smoke came from the toilet door which connects to the room next door. The guy is rude. There are no utensils in the room, and the microwave has no plates.

Safe for a single person and can even move rooms once someone joins. The host is friendly, eager to help where he can. Rooms are nice and clean. And sleeping places are beautiful vintage furniture and roses outside. Very neat.

Only point of criticism is that the unit feels very small and cramped. Still, I feel we got value for money.
Convenient and close to everything!
It is a small and affordable place to stay overnight with the necessary facilities.
Although this place met our needs, and was definitely value for money, it is tiny. The double bed is pushed against the wall on one side, and one guest has to climb on top of the bed to get into the bed. The bathroom is also miniature, and there is only ± 30 cm of clearance between the shower wall and the enormous (senselessly large) sink to slide through to the toilet.
None other comments from my side.
Shocked. Booked 2 nights but didn't stay one. Not a friendly reception. Walked in turned around and walked out. Bedroom and bathroom very very small, not even room for a larger suitcase. Mirrors in bedroom and bathroom smeared with dirt. In the garage/carport a lot of items are stored causing the space to be too small for a large vehicle and therefore the electric gate could not close. Niemaand offered to see if more space could be made for the vehicle.
