Atlantic Villa Boutique Guest House is very little from what is portrayed in the profile. The standard rooms are neat, but extremely small with limited amenity's. We have only used the breakfast service once in our nine day stay due to the uncooperative and hostile attitude of the kitchen staff. The TV in the room was down on the first night and I had to wait for the next day to get it repaired the second time was during the day and I then had to wait 4 hours after 2 request for assistance. You cannot plan for any early morning activities as the parking is extremely limited and you will be parked in every morning, accept if you want to park in the unsecured street parking. The laundry services burned one of my wife dresses and when this was pointed out to the front desk, the assistant at the front desk ask if we did not burn it our self. Eventually we did not pay for that days laundry, a amount far less than the value of the dress. We had another incident of being wrongly accused of smoking in the room on which we requested the assistance of the manager who never showed up and only send an assistant to try and appease us with a bottle of wine and not addressing the issue. All in all it was not a enjoyable stay and a damper on our holiday in Namibia.
