Will definitely visit there again. Just for info. With loadshedding it is difficult because there are no gas facilities. That's the only thing missing.

Yes, generally satisfactory. But every landlord needs only 2 things in place: standby power and WiFi. On another forum this unit was advertised with WiFi available - there was not. Second: continuous maintenance. If the master bedroom's blinds cannot be opened or closed. Third: cleanliness. The porch was dirty on arrival. We know the wind is blowing. If equipment is not working (and it can give in at any time) then immediate repair. Point is: as the owner, I want my money from the customer. That's right. But then I am also right in what I provide. Because actually it is a very nice unit, very spacious, nice and comfortable for 6 people.
The place is located near the beach and everything is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants 1 min away. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.
It was the first time that we stayed in an apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the view and weather. The steps made it difficult for my elderly parents to go out every day and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
