We come to Avalon Guest Manor every time we are in Newcastle.
Definitely the best we have stayed and would recommend to amal. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
I know it is classified as a guest house, but it is more like a 5 star boutique hotel. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay a memorable one. Special mention to Siephan the owner, who is just amazing, Michelle reception/manager who is on call 24/7 and Lydia who ensures everything is neat and in place. We will be back.

What an incredible experience! The service is top notch. From the first second we walked into the guest house we were greeted with a friendly warm smile until our last second in the guest house. The rooms were amazing and the location of the guesthouse is amazing. I would refer anyone there for sure.
The guest house is very neat and the staff are all friendly and we were warmly received. Will stay there again.
We will from now on go there whenever there is an event in Newcastle.
