41 guests' feedbackWe came here to sleep over to watch the rugby at Loftus, and it was the ideal place to stay. Walking distance to the stadium and the Loftus Park centre. The room was neat and comfortable, and the fridge full of drinks was a welcome surprise. We were kindly received and the service was good. Next time we will definitely stay here again!

Although it was literally just overnight, I can only judge by the cleanliness and stylish room we were in. Neat room and slept great. Thank you.

It was nice and we will stay there again.
Small things like lighting by the bathroom mirror were a problem and it was not very clean behind chairs in the bedroom. Furthermore, a proposal to indicate the information file steps of how to work with the TV and DSTV. A washing and drying cloth will also come in handy.
The guest house is listed as a 4 star, but I highly doubt that rating based on everything we experienced. Battered bathroom and shower mats. Cheap coffee in a container. No sweetener for coffee/tea - bad brown sugar offered (in a container). Bed and room were covered with black ants. The "peaceful" water fountain is not operational. No basket of snacks as described.
The double bed was very uncomfortable, from to the middle. The lights didn't all work. There were only 2 towels and we were 3. Shampoo container did not work.
Not a good stay, bad smell in the room, toilet leaking, TV the size of a shoe box with 1 or 2 channels, I got the impression that the room was not clean, and the bed looks like it dates back to 1652!
Neat and affordable guest house with very good customer service. Very close (walking distance) to a shopping center and a rugby stadium.
Shower floor very slippery when wet, had to step carefully to avoid slipping. Also very nice stay. Will support you again in the future.

Was able to spend a restful night before major foot surgery. My husband slept there the rest of the time I was in the hospital. I had to stay longer in the hospital and B-Guesthouse also made it possible for my husband to sleep one extra night, for which we were grateful!

Only the toilet struggles to flush and flush everything away. Trash can was still full of cigarettes etc. from previous visitors. Room with 2 single beds for me and my daughter was very neat. Was very close to Zuid Afrikaans hospital where I had to be for theater on Friday; basically a 5 minute drive. Will definitely visit you again. Thank you very much! Elrika was so helpful.
Had a great stay with us overnight at B'Guest House. Safety and comfort of rooms were great, reception from hostess also very pleasant. Was a bonus to be within walking distance of Loftus.

Friendly service! Beautiful place with well maintained garden and secure parking. Walking distance from Loftus! Room had everything that was needed. Ice cold drinks in the bar fridge were welcome! Prices good! Shower was just not 100% clean and the water pressure in the shower/shower head was weak. But will definitely use B'Guest House again.

The food is not worth the money, go eat at Loftus park restaurants instead. Very neat facility, bedding very clean and tidy. The breakfast could be given more attention. Bacon and mushrooms available had to ask for eggs and there were only 3 guests. Would recommend anytime for overnight stay but take care of food yourself.
Had a pleasant experience. Only negative is, that I arranged for dinner via email and somehow that got missed. Just a case of miscommunication. MR D Food is always on hand. The service was excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Good place to stay for a night or 2.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and no issues.
We had booked with B'guest because we had to do our work as an NPO in Pretoria and surroundings with three people. We also said this at booking, that we have to work and that we have to sleep with three people. There was not one chair at the desk. The fridge was full of drinks, leaving not enough space for our own food and drinks. The tub didn't work. When you turn on the hot tap, no water comes out. We took one bucket from the staff and told them that the bath was not working. We had to use the bucket to pour hot water from the shower into the bath. The heating was very inadequate. It was bitterly cold and the Aircon did not work well and quickly. When we complained about it, we got one electric oil radiator, which uses so much power, that we couldn't make coffee, use the Aircon for heating or other things. If we do, the power goes out. There was not one decent opportunity to set up our stuff. The small table was filled with one kettle and one pair of cups. We need the larger desk for the computer and administration. The end conclusion, a lot of money for little quality, convenience and possibilities.
Stay was excellent and the staff were friendly and always there to help and go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy with everything.
Everything I wanted to say was summed up in the previous sentence.
Will not use the guest house again. No parking on arrival due to some other function. We had to wait for that function to finalize before we could leave the guest house due to being blocked in by totally too many vehicles for the space. Serving of breakfast is stated to be from 06:30 am, but at 07:30 am the food was not ready and we could not enjoy the full breakfast due to having to leave. Honestly worst personal experience in a guest house ever for me.
The group was impressed with the hospitality and the overall quality of service and accommodation was of the highest quality. Many thanks to Hannelie and her son for their hospitality and excellent guest house. The stay was pleasant and without any problems.

I think the guesthouse is nice, fun. A green oasis in the city. Nice set up. Well located too, in relation to the station and restaurants. The owners and staff were also very warm and helpful. They offered to drop us off and pick us up and also showed us some things to see in the city. Very friendly and welcoming!
