We had a very nice stay. Everything was tidy and had lovely hot water in the freezing cold. Nice kitchen facilities. Didn't know WiFi was available.

Restful. Farm life near town. No TV, ideal for older people. Had everything I needed. Will go again.

We (4 of us) only stayed 1 night with my wife and friends, and it was relatively good for a 1-night sleepover. There was a hot water pipe hammer when the shower was used, so the pipe hammer should be fixed, possibly by replacing the hot water tap washer. Also, the grass was relatively long, i.e. around 100mm high all over the garden, so the grass should also be cut more regularly.

We got lost and couldn't get hold of anyone to help us. The address needs to be corrected, we spent over an hour looking for the place to stay. Every time we called the owner we only got a message back to call again the next morning. We didn't have water the next morning either. Not hot or cold water, don't know if the "loadshedding" affects it at all. Overall the place was clean and tidy but would not stay there again.

There isn't a TV. It would be nice if we knew in advance that there would be no cleaning services. The cottage is very well located but we just climbed into the bath and bed to stay warm. It would be really nice if they could cater for people who don't visit the restaurants and want to grill and cook themselves. Please provide a cheese grater, a pot in which porridge can be made, salad bowls etc.

The bathroom light was broken and had to bathe and shower in the dark. There had only been one fan in the room, but no two-prong plug to plug the fan into. Usually at least coffee and tea and sugar are placed in the guesthouses for at least one or two cups of coffee, but there was no coffee. Only a few tea bags and about four bags of sugar. The floors were not swept and the ants' sand was everywhere on the floor space. Would not recommend to anyone. Have stayed in many guesthouses and this one was my worst experience.

The place needs a very good renovation. Ant works behind the beds. Cobwebs everywhere. Wall plugs don't work. Only double bed has warm blanket. Paint shell off. Tile in the shower stands out sharply. Floors look dirty and stained.

The lock on the back door needs attention. The house has all the necessary equipment for a quick visit. The boiler leaked.

We had a nice stay, only sorry your gas stove is empty and the gas key is broken. The oil lamps are empty and half of the 15 amp plugs don't work, a bit disappointed. There is also no place where you have to punch in a number, only a mailbox by the front door.

The unit needs some attention. Most of the furniture looks like second hand stuff. The dinin room table is connected with a wire. The general state of the unit is a bit neglected.

Shower needs attention. Place to get key was a nightmare. Phone for key, but waiting still for a response.
