I would definitely recommend Balito Manor to anyone. The unit offers everything one needs and is close to the sea with a swimming pool and the most beautiful views from the veranda.
Very nice, comfortable with cleaning service every day. Just a shame they weren't dishes. Also very nice stay.
Location is excellent and apartment very nice and comfortably equipped. Just a pity all 3 air conditioning units were out of order. At least there were fans in the bedrooms.
The apartment was very cute and has everything you need. There were a few things that would make it much better such as the aircons not working and not being able to barbecue on the porch. The daily cleaning services were also missing in action, they should have come to clean 6 days, but were only there 2 times. The security is very good and the access to the beach was also a big bonus. We had a nice holiday but next time will look for a unit where we can barbecue and with aircon that works, it's just personal preference.
The apartment needs maintenance. Rusty curtain rails. Broken mirror above bed. Bathroom cabinet broken. No toilet paper in bathrooms. Restoration and felling in apartment above. TV cannot stream Netflix or DStv online. The apartment next door had smokers, we couldn't leave the master bedroom door or window open. Apartment very hot without air conditioners.
Look closely at the fine print. There was no air cooling. And only two fans that didn't even cool down. I did call the estate agent and they brought me one fan (not enough at all). Beds were very uncomfortable. On the surface, the bedding looks pretty clean, but one of the "duvets" was stained with spots that looked like mold, as well as spots that looked like blood. I didn't even look at the others, too scared of what I would find.

Such a lovely 2 bedroom place. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony. I will definitely stay there again.
Whilst our stay was satisfactory and convenient to the beach, not being able to braai on the balcony with either coal or gas was extremely disappointing (as pretty much all other units had braais on the balcony). The unit was well equipped, modern and clean.
Thank you very much for the beach chairs and umbrella, we were able to travel light for the 1st time in a long time. All extras were in the unit, even an ice machine. Thank you very much!

Equipped with everything one might need! Will definitely visit there again. Clean and tidy. Nice and big. Nice view and close to the beach. Secure complex.
We requested a unit that's wheelchair friendly, it was not, we requested a king bed, got a queen bed, requested a private braai, also no braai, we requested a unit with DStv. That also did not work. All these things were promised before we made the booking. We had to pay an extra R2300 on arrival for booking and deposit costs. According to our payment the deposit was paid, not sure why we had to pay again. At R2000 a night we were very annoyed and disappointed we even left earlier due to my husband not being able to use the bathroom or shower. Can't braai, no tv to keep him busy, can't access the beach due to him being in a wheelchair, that's why we requested a unit with see view, braai and tv. He does not go on a lot of holidays and this one was a waste of hard earned money. Communication with properly 247 was a nightmare.

It felt like home. We had a very nice stay. Very modern, comfortable and fully equipped, nice holiday accommodation.
Comfortable, luxurious accommodation, beautiful views, nice living areas and large rooms with two en-suite bathrooms that make it fun to share. Had a clean travel cot and mattress available for our baby. A bit of admin with picking up and dropping off the key in town, also, the cleaning services and home refreshment daily could definitely improve. Trash cans can be changed, dishes can be washed as well as new towels and pillowcases, unfortunately they were not changed at all in the 5 days, I went to buy laundry soap and washed it at night. Display rack for swimwear would also help. I do recommend Manor View 302.
