House rules

In order to ensure the safety and maintenance of the unit, a breakage deposit per booking is required. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that everything is in order. If any discrepancies or damages are found, guests are required to report them to the office within 12 working hours.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the unit, and guests must smoke outside. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the deposit to cover the costs of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
The unit has a maximum capacity, and if it is found that more guests are staying than what was quoted, the deposit will be forfeited. 
The unit is equipped with a TV with a DStv connection and unlimited Wi-Fi, but guests must bring their own DStv decoder, smartcard, and cables or hire one from a local supplier in Margate if they want to watch DStv. Towels are not provided, but all bed linen is provided. Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but guests must replenish these items at their own cost. Guests are also responsible for bringing their own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials. Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays, by booking through the office at least 48 hours in advance and paying upfront. The availability of this service is subject to resources, especially during peak seasons.
