Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests convenience.

The verandah has built-in gas braai facilities. Guests can enjoy sea views from the verandah, an ideal spot to relax with a sundowner while the children play on the lawn below. The apartment is serviced daily by a domestic worker who will make the beds, clean the bathrooms, sweep the floors, and clean the braai area.

The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates and 24-hour security. The complex also offers a communal swimming pool and 2 open parking bays for guests to use. The complex is located across the road from the beach, and Margate’s main beach is 1.2 km away. The surrounding area offers shopping malls, a selection of pubs and restaurants, and golf courses. Margate fishing pier is just 350 m from the apartment complex.

All children aged between 0 - 18 pay 100% of the adult rate.
Daily dish services are charged at R 100 per day
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by 2 adults.
A refundable breakages deposit of R1000 is charged and will be refunded into guests bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than 1 week prior to occupation.
50% of the total rental amount is to be paid upon reservation, the balance to be paid directly to Zest Holidays 1 week prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 1 week of guests arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking allowed inside units.
The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
None of the accommodation is suitable for guests who intend playing loud music, playing boisterous and noisy games or holding parties of any sort.
If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.

Strictly no pets allowed, eviction will take place if guests arrive with pets of any kind as this is in contravention of the Body Corporate rules.
