As with last time, my stay at Barnstormers Rest was very pleasant - quiet, safe, friendly reception, etc. Nalet was an excellent hostess.
I was very kindly received by Thapelo upon arrival. He couldn't do enough for me. He offered to clean my car and did an excellent job! The room is neat, clean and well equipped and has a nice private veranda. The gardens are beautiful and create a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast (which is included in the price) was top notch and the pleasant welcome by the manager, Danel, added value to the whole experience. Thank you very much, Barnstormers Rest. Oh, by the way, thank you very much for being willing to forward my forgotten coffee flask.
It's a really beautiful place, with friendly service. The gardens and vegetation are fantastic. Nice restaurant nearby, but there is also a braai place. Lunch pack was also nice that we could take with us because we went into the wildlife park early the next morning. It is so close to Malelane Gate.
Barn Stormers was a beautiful place - exquisite and very clean and tidy. The giant breakfast saw us throughout the day. What impressed us the most was the beautiful garden that would win competitions!

Truly the cleanest, neatest, friendliest accommodation we have ever booked. Super close to the Kruger National Park's Malelane Gate. The breakfast packs were only surpassed by the sit-down breakfast! From now on, always book here for weekend wildlife park trips. Thank you very much for a wonderful visit.
We will definitely visit Barnstormers again. Our grandson just wants to take the bed home.

Very nice stay. Would recommend dinner though for the late arriving guys. Also maybe two waters in fridge for double rooms? Breakfast was delicious! Nice warm sleep. Warm friendly reception.

The guesthouse is beautiful. The garden immediately makes you feel calm and relaxed. The rooms' decor is beautiful and everything is very, very clean. It would be nice to have bottled water in the fridge.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Barnstormers Rest! The decor in the guest house is beautiful and very nicely laid out. The room was very neat and comfortable and the breakfast packs they gave (because we wanted to leave very early) were fantastic! Thank you very much!
The reception did not exactly make me feel welcome. A bit cramped in the room which is nice. Porch overlooking the beautiful garden was nice, just a shame the chair was broken. Next time coffee in the room please, I had to ask. Bathroom walls need attention.
I had a great stay and would do it again.
We were in Malelane for a wedding at the weekend. The stay at Barnstormers was incredibly nice, especially the coffee they serve is delicious. Barnstormers Rest is recommended.
Based on quotation received, full amount was settled via internet. On arrival at Barnstormers we still had to pay R138. I don't think this is acceptable. We use LekkesSaap a lot and this was the first bad experience.
Annatjie and staff, you are amazing! Thank you very much for the nice stay and visit. The rooms are so beautiful and the delicious food. To go out of your way with the picnic packs, really great! I tell everyone about how nice it was and how beautiful, quiet and peaceful. May you only have success! You only opened in August, but you don't need to stand behind any of the guesthouses around you.
