Our experience wasn't pleasant at all. There are so many instructions to follow and we couldn't open the gate where we were supposed to park and by mistake parked in the basement on one of the permanent residents' parking. Too many lights in the corridor prevent you from sleeping. The wash basin is blocked. We wanted to watch the rugby at 11:00 but unfortunately no live DStv option.
