The second bedroom has a double bed the third bedroom 2 single beds, and the second bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, toilet and basin as well as a heated towel rail.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a double basin, a glass stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, and coffee and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery, as well as picnicware, to use at the outdoor braai or on the spacious lawn in front of the building. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer combination, and a large, granite top counted which can seat 8 guests.
The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a large, flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access. There is also an inverter that keeps the TV and computers running during load shedding.
The balcony offers unobstructed views of the sea from Kleinbrak to Mossel Bay and is equipped with a patio table, chairs, Weber braai and laundry line. Swimming towels are provided.
Guests have free access to the hotel's large, cold-water swimming pool which is located next to the swimming beach. The hotels, water park, gymnasium, restaurant and seafront bar are situated next to the building. A generator provides electricity to the elevator during loadshedding.

Beach Club 207 was beautifully equipped with everything and more you need. A homely atmosphere has been created with comfortable furniture and quality bedding. We couldn't ask for a better view. We can recommend the apartment with the utmost confidence. It was definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.
Value for money. Perfect location. Tidy. We had a very nice stay.

No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay in this unit, children included.No pets allowed.
Guests may only smoke on the balcony or outside the building. Smokers are asked to keep the balcony door closed when they are smoking. The same counts for when guests braai on the balcony. Only briquettes and charcoal can be used in the Weber braai. No wood fired are allowed on the balcony.
The volume of music, the TV or guests' conversations have to remain at an acceptable level, taking other residents into consideration.
Since this is a residential building, guests need to be quiet in the corridors, especially between 22:00 and 06:00.
No dirty dishes are to be left on check-out. There is a dishwasher.
No waste is to be left on the floors or under the beds. Refuse bags are provided and need to be placed in the bin next to the glass door on a regular basis.
Wet or clammy towels need to be hung on the pegs at the doors or in the corridor when guests leave. Due to high humidity, please don't leave them in the clothes basket or in the bath.
To avoid food stains on white linen in the bedrooms, please only enjoy your meals in the living room.
