Me and my friends enjoyed our weekend staying at the best apartment ever. Beira Mar 8 is the clean and secure place.
We went on vacation as a family. It was the perfect home. We were walking distance from the main beach, there is secure parking with a garage. The house was secure with security gates and burglar bars in front of all the windows. We would recommend Beira Mar 8 for larger families like ourselves. We are 7 people, 2 adults and 5 children. We would only recommend a lockable safe and ceiling fans in all the rooms as the safe could not be unlocked and there was only a ceiling fan in the living room and master bedroom.
Location of the venue was suitable for us as it was closer to the event. We would definitely visit again. The place was very affordable, clean, has open space to accommodate visitors and well located next to the beach and mall for shopping
We were very unhappy with the place. The place was dirty and the kitchen only had crockery for 5 and not 8 people as advertised. Only one sheet per bed and no bath towels.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- The owner cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond the owner's control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
