The 4 bedroom house has a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, spacious lounge and TV room and a covered braai area. The house has its own private pool next to the braai area. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs - one has en suite and other 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and bath. A lovely wood fired sauna and plunge pool is also available for all guests to enjoy at the bottom of the garden. It is the ideal family holiday house on a lovely small holding.
The town of George is 5 km away and is affectionately known as the heart of the Garden Route. Within close proximity, you will find the beaches of Victoria bay, Herolds Bay and Wilderness. Hiking trails, mountain bike roads, golf courses are plentiful in our area and the Garden Route Mall is 5 minutes down the road for those who enjoy the shops. Knysna is only an estimated 30-minute scenic drive and you will find this quaint town most appealing. Mossel Bay is an estimated 40-minute drive. You will find Oudtshoorn only 70 km away where you can experience the very famous Cango caves. We are situated an estimated 15 minutes from the George Airport.
