The water pressure is very weak due to water shortages in Bethlehem.
Had a peaceful night's sleep after a long drive. The place is quiet and very safe. You immediately feel at home away from home.

Stayed in Bethlehem en route to Bloemfontein. Accommodation was adequate for the intended stay. Lovely hot water which was a huge bonus on a very cold day. Room is very cold though and the heater was inadequate.
Situated in a very convenient location in a neighbourhood that is so quiet was absolute bliss. No traffic noise whatsoever and no barking dogs. Only wish there was a better TV bouquet, very limited channels. However, would definitely use Berlin again. Lindy was very good at keeping us informed via Whatsapp.

The owner had already sent the Wi-fi information before our arrival. Upon our arrival the owner was friendly and helpful. We were surprised at the size of the unit. Everything was perfect! There was a light for when it was loadshedding, plugged in and ready for use. Enough coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. A heater for the cold night. This guest house should be fully booked months in advance. It offers so much more convenience than places that charge more than double the rate. Thank you very much!

It was good, it's just that we couldn't sleep properly due another couple fighting, shouting at each other the whole night, but everything was brilliant and thanks to host for looking after our things when she drops us in town waiting for my car at a dealership after service.

We stayed here after a long day's drive from Sedgefield. Lindi received us kindly and explained everything. Frieden's room is pretty neat and clean with everything you need to have a peaceful night. The beds sleep wonderfully and the linen is clean and stylish. The bathroom is definitely one of the best we have stayed in. I would recommend Berlin with great confidence.

Room was perfect so clean. Everything we needed was there. No air-condition, however, fan. They even made provision for load shedding. I loved how I was kept informed about my booking and even upon departure. You deserve a high 5, Berlin.
There is everything you need. From an iron, to fridge, microwave, dishes. An amazing shower. One thing I am particular about is the bathroom. this one was perfect, spacious even.

Nice spacious and comfortable room. Shower a pleasure after a long day of driving. The coffee station with its treats was a lovely surprise. All we experienced negatively was that you had to drive a long way into the neighborhood, but this also has its advantage, because it was wonderfully quiet. If we ever venture down the road to Durban again, we will for sure stop at Berlin again for a place to sleep.

The town had a problem with water quality and I got sick. They should have provided drinking water or at least warned us so we could have brought our own drinking water. The roads in town are terrible. I understand this is beyond the control of the G=guesthouse owners.

We were excited to visit Berlin and Bethlehem for a long time. It was even better than we could have expected! Berlin is very beautiful, modern, neat and comfortable. Berlin is a great accommodation. It's baby the most wonderful nature park with beautiful views. It is safe and very peaceful. Really worth it.
