We had a very nice stay there. It was peaceful and safe, slept like a baby. The aunt was very helpful and made us feel at home.
Bisibee was just what I needed for my stay. Safe, clean and friendly hosts. The check-in process was seamless. Good value for money if you require the basics for your stay.
Comfortable and warm. I enjoyed the garden too, although unfortunately, I stepped on some dog feces. It was good to be in a quiet street and perhaps because I was the only person staying in the old house, it was especially quiet and pleasant.

Our stay was awesome. We could not make time to check in due to unforeseen circumstances. The management was patient enough to check on us on our way and welcome us around 22:00. Each room was well secured with full privacy. There was a bar fridge in each room and TV channels provided for Christians, with a Bible in every room. The beautiful garden had different plants with tables and chairs to rest, which brings tranquility to someone on vacation.

The place where I stayed was perfect, tidy, in a corner (so privacy was never an issue) and a gate to go in and out of the premises was awfully close. I recommend Bisibee and will stay there again when I'm in Oudtshoorn.

Booked the stand alone garden room in the hope of having privacy and silence. This was hardly the case as it is too close to the host's home.
The person who received us was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. But the pool is full of leaves, it was so hot we just swam among all the leaves. There is a braai, but no braai tongs to braai with. There are more flies outside than we could count, we could not sit outside the room at the table and chairs at all and had to sit in the heat inside the room without aircon, only with a fan. The bathroom sink has the faucets and sink loose. The kitchen's hot tap does not work properly. I'm sorry about my feedback, I don't like to say negative things.
The reception at the guest house was excellent. I was welcomed with kindness. I asked for 2 packed breakfasts for the road and they were delicious and filling. For sure value for money. The only thing that was slightly negative was the lack of DStv channels.

Disappointed that the information about free WiFi was not given to us. It is marketed, but there is no information. I don't think guests should ask for it - it should be given. Usually there is at least a piece of biscuit at such a self-catering unit. There was nothing here.

We felt at home at Bisibee with its beautiful garden, nice sunny stoep, living room with heater, comfortable bedroom, safe parking. Customer service was friendly and considerate. Although it is a bit far to walk to the restaurants at night, we liked the location - as it is in a restful safe area of Oudtshoorn. We will be back!
Bisibee is located right at the heart of the town of Oudtshoorn, and it is very plesant. We had a very friendly host and the room was neat and tidy. Absolutely no complaints, we had a wonderful experience.
Good value for money - lovely environment, and great service - no complaints whatsoever.
The only matter I have to mention is that the rate is a bit inflated comparing it with other Guest Houses exprienced.R350.00 pppd would be more in line.

The room was super clean and tidy. A maid came in daily to wash any cups and clean the bathrooms and make our bed which was great. Very good value for money!
