Thank you very much for the wonderful night at Bloem-Hart. We slept well and had everything we needed.
We were very happy with our stay at Bloem Hart, but were disappointed with the service we experienced upon our arrival. First of all, the owner was not there at all, neither were the managers. Only a lady helping them was there. Communication was not good and slow. We informed an hour before our arrival that we would arrive at the place earlier, but arrived in front of a closed property in the rain and had to wait for the lady to come and open. Despite the communication and shortage of management staff, we had a nice and peaceful stay, but we expected that there would be better staff assistance during a period like December when there are many travelers on the N1.
We were received very kindly. The room met all the requirements. The breakfast was delicious and value for money.
Very small, nice bed. Difficulty with dishes, no sink and have to get water from the sink and shower.
Safe and owner was very friendly.
We had a wonderful stay, safe and clean place. Great value for money.
Just a sliding door needed for the bathroom.
