Please remember to lock up when departing and ensure all windows and doors are locked.Please remember to place the house keys in the lock box, and the gate remote to be left inside the apartment on departure.
Kindly turn off the bathroom light once done in the bathroom as the extractor fan can bother next-door guests.
Ensure to remove the aircon cover before switching it on. The unit is on the patio and the cover can be placed behind the chair.
Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages, or any misconduct that occurs due to negligence.
Tenants will be liable for any stains or damages to linens and towels.
Please check the inventory list upon arrival and report any faults within 12hrs.
Linens will be changed every 7th day, and towels will be changed every 4th day.
Housekeeping can be arranged at an additional fee.
Complex rules must be adhered to at all times, if not guests will be evicted immediately.
Strictly no pets are allowed in the apartment.
