The villa sleeps 10 guests and offers 5 bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. One of the bathrooms is fitted with a bath only, and all of the bathrooms have hand-selected, highly polished Zebrano marble that’s been hewn into one-piece cladding by artisans from Artmar. Down bedding and superior linens with beach towels are provided. The fifth bedroom is part of a separate unit in the back of the property with its own TV lounging area and a sleeper couch. It walks out on the back courtyard with a gas braai, table and outdoor shower. There’s also a guest toilet next to the TV room.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery has a washing machine and tumble dryer and there's a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. The living area has a lounge suite, fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a full satellite TV bouquet. The glass stack doors open onto the spacious covered terrace with braai facilities, leading to the heated plunge pool.
The downstairs media room is the hub for children's entertainment. This multipurpose space has a TV and gaming console on offer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and outdoors. The loft has a roof terrace which offers a second outdoor braai, mini bar and dining area ideal for entertaining. The Loft is styled as a safari tent, giving guests the feeling of being in wild Africa. Lovely gardens envelop the perimeter of the house to enhance the seclusion of the property.
Solar power is utilised to remain unaffected by power outages. The villa has good security with burglar bars over all windows and an electric fence. The Villa’s gate is situated a few metres from the entrance of the Boulders Beach Penguin estate and there’s ample parking in the car park in front of the Villa.

Wonderful! Plenty of space and very well appointed rooms. Spotless. Fantastic kitchen. Lots of cooking/braaing space. Beautiful upstairs lounge.
