The unit was immaculate, the location absolutely amazing and the weather perfect. Where do you rent a vacation unit today and find a fresh bunch of flowers on the table when you arrive? Thank you so much, Estelle! Dirk also paid attention immediately when we asked something and we felt right at home. We would definitely go again and recommend this unit to anyone who just wants to clear their head in peace.
Our stay at Breakerview Bay 26 was very nice! Trafalgar is a very peaceful, neat and clean environment, with a very long beach to walk along the sea. Although there are not many shops nearby, Ramsgate and Port Edward are not too far. The unit is very neat and well furnished, and the view of the sea is truly something special! You can just sit on the porch and watch what's going on at the beach. The couches in the TV room are truly a plus and you can also relax there. We felt very safe with the security guards also patrolling regularly, and everyone was very friendly. Provision was also made to have light in case of load shedding and to be able to cook on gas (fortunately we had no power outages). Will definitely want to vacation here again one day!
We enjoyed our time at Breakerview Bay 26. The place is so quiet, spacious and private.
The place by the ocean with the perfect sea view. One lives on the stoep, leafy green lawn. Sea view galore from apartment. Safest well maintained beach. Enjoyed swimming in the ocean's lukewarm water, as well as in the complex's extremely clean pool. Here you just want to stay and enjoy every moment of the sea. It's like that in nature with peace and quiet for the soul. Apartment in excellent condition, spotless with quality beds and furniture.

We had a very nice stay. I would definitely recommend the place. I could see my children from the porch when they swam at the beach. The owners of the other units were all so friendly and we quickly made friends at the shared braai area. The unit has everything one needs.

Trafalgar beach. Is the most beautiful beach. The apartment's view is incredible. It's lying on the bed and seeing the sea. Incredible view.
Breakerview Bay 26 was exactly what I hoped, planned and looked forward to. The view was my primary requirement, and the reality did not disappoint. The neighborhood (Southbroom) is quiet and clean and felt safe. The apartment itself, as well as the complex grounds, are beautifully neat and well maintained, with friendly and helpful guards. The owner is easy to reach, friendly and professional, and responds almost immediately to inquiries (not that I had many). I would recommend Breakerview Bay 26 anytime. It was very comfortable, clean and close to the beach. We felt safe at all times and would recommend Breakerview Bay to anyone. We will definitely visit again.
We were treated and very well informed by the owner and the caretaker. It is a very well run establishment immaculately clean, courteous staff and excellent security with continuous visible patrols day and night. The rules set by the board of trustees are well thought out and very reasonable to respect other residents and at all times there was peace and quiet, a safe environment and magnificent views. All the equipment worked efficiently and the furnishings were practical and comfortable. A place to be proud of and I would not hesitate to recommend No 26 Breakerview Bay to any of my friends and family.
This stay was all that we could have hoped for and more. Dirk has an amazing property that has unparalleled views and a unit that is impeccably clean. The added benefit of a swimming pool were a hit with the children. The unit is spacious and comfortable - A true home away from home. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends and family.

Place is very nice and neatly furnished. Beautifully clean upon arrival, you feel right at home. Plekkie is located in a safe complex, children can play freely and they are safe at all times. Information messages will be sent once booking is confirmed. Cadac charcoal braai is included. The charcoal braai is not allowed to be used on the patio or within 5 m of the unit.Rules for good behaviour is applied at BVB as to ensure all can enjoy their stay. Guests will be evicted for breaking the house rules especially regarding noise and sleeping more guests than what was booked for, along with no refund. Receiving visitors is limited to 6 for a maximum duration of 6 hours per visit.
A printed copy of the general house rules is supplied in the unit. These are available electronically on request.
