Dit was nou huis weg van die huis af! Was so lekker gewees.
Could not fault anything. Would have loved a sea view but occupied. Derrick kindly set up the braai at the pool with a table set for us. Wow. Breakfasts are superb. Must try his French omelette. Also big thank you to his housekeeper Joyce. We had an outstanding stay.
The host Derrick has really put a lot of thought into his guest house. The rooms are spacious and cater for more than expected. The location is perfect for beach walks and fishing.

We had a wonderful stay. Derrick the owner made us feel very at home and was very helpful. Made good suggestions of nice restaurants that you didn't know about. The place is very nice clean and tidy. You do have to drive down to the beach, and there isn't actually a sea view, if you wanted it. The plank floors can also be disturbing at times. Brenton is a lovely place with lovely, safe beach. And the guesthouse was very pleasant.
After the devastating fires, one can see that Brenton is shaking his feathers again. We were received very kindly and enjoyed our stay comfortably and conveniently. See you again soon.
Derrick is a great host and he makes sure that you have everything you need. Location and view is fantastic. Our room was stunning. Will definitely go again. Just book restaurants ahead in season!
From check-in to departure, everything was just a pleasure. Host and staff friendly, professional and helpful to everyone. Breakfast is the highlight of the day! Napkins are folded differently six days in a row - attention to detail throughout the guest house excellent. Clean linen, Weber barbecues, books and DVDs, Nespresso in rooms, beach chairs etc. Name it and it's there. Safe, homey and peaceful. HIGHLY recommendable!

Rooms were clean, nicely appointed, large and well lit with private entrances and comfortable furniture. Breakfast and coffee facilities excellent. Definitely a place I will visit again.
